Completely Remodeled 2017! Rustic Modern! Luxury w/ stunning 11th floor Views
Remodeled 2017! Beautiful High Floor, corner/end unit Condo with great views of the Sand Key Bridge and Beach area and Views of the Intercoastal waterway. We are ON the Gulf! Just a short ride down the elevator and you will walk out to your heated pool and be on your own private beach in beautiful Clearwater Beach. **
Please note as of 1/2020 there is construction happening next door a beautiful JW Marriott hotel is being built. Our windows are quite soundproof but you will hear some construction noise at times.
This 2/2 condo comes fully furnished. King Size bed in the master and two twin beds plus pull out king size/daybed in the 2nd bedroom. Just bring your swimsuit and relax!
The balcony with patio table and chairs looks out over Gulfview Blvd to beautiful Intercoastal View and Tampa Bay. Then lay in your Master Bedroom and take in views of the beach and Sand Key Bridge. The best of both worlds. Oversized newly tiled master shower with rainforest shower head
Condo Building is equipped with a gym and laundry room, you will have an assigned carport. We have wifi and expanded cable. This location is PERFECT! Just a short beautiful walk to the famous Clearwater Beach Sunset party, tons of bars, restaurants and live bands, just steps away from you door. We are just two buildings away from famous Sunday Funday at Shepards Beach. And 20 minutes to the airport, 30 minutes to Raymond James Stadium and just 40 minutes to Tropicana. Comes enjoy the beach life!
Coffee pot, toaster, microwave, blender, pots, pans, dishes, towels, beach towels, iron and hairdryer for your comfort. Two beach bikes available for your use and beach chairs.
Please note all rentals once confirmed must be approved by HOA with a 30 day minimum stay and NO Pets, NO Smoking!
