Insgesamt waren wir mit dem Haus zufrieden. Es ist ein sehr ruhig gelegenes und preiswertes Ferienhaus mit gut ausgestatteter Küche. Wir haben mehrmals gekocht. Waschmaschine und Trockner sind vorhanden. Die Schlafzimmer sind renovierungsbedürftig und für den Preis gerade noch OK. Die Heizung mittels Pelletofen erscheint uns für den Einsatz bei einem Ferienaufenthalt zu kompliziert. Wir haben sie nicht genutzt. Im Obergeschoss ist aber ein Holzofen, mit dem man das schöne Wohnzimmer gemütlich warm bekommt. Die Lage auf der Anhöhe mit Meerblick und die große Terrasse sind sehr schön. Der Weg ins Zentrum nach Ebeltoft durch den Wald am Golfplatz ist praktisch und nur 20 Minuten lang. Uns hat es gefallen.

Sehr schönes Ferienhaus in einer ruhigen Feriensiedlung.

Sehr schönes Ferienhaus in einer ruhigen Feriensiedlung. Kann passieren das tagsüber Rehe durch den Garten spazieren. Gerade die offene Gestaltung auf mehreren Ebenen machen den besonderen Charme aus. Das ist vielleicht für Personen mit Einschränkungen und kleine Kinder weniger geeignet, aber für uns (2 Personen) war es nahezu perfekt! Die Küche ist mit allem Notwendigen ausgestattet. Wenn es kalt draußen ist, verbreitet der Pelletofen im Haus eine wohlige Wärme. Es ist auch problemlos möglich mit den vorhandenen Hinweisen Pellets nachzukaufen. Von der großen Terrasse hat man einen phantastischen Blick in Richtung Ebeltoft. Der Ort selbst ist über den Golfplatz zu Fuß in etwa 20 min zu erreichen. Den Weg muss man aber ein wenig suchen! Wir haben uns hier jedenfalls 2 Wochen ausgesprochen wohl gefühlt.
