This 60 m² apartment is on the 2nd floor of a typical Canarian-style building (no elevator), close to the harbor and several beaches. The apartment features a comfortably furnished living room with sofa and dining area, a well-equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms, and a bathroom, accommodating up to 4 guests.
