The apartment is wonderful. We have already lived there three times, we feel like home, everything you need, the location is good, the biggest advantage is the garage, when you don't have to think about a parking space or scratching the car. Getting out of the garage is a bit more complicated, but as I'm used to it, it works great. The only downside is the noisy Plaza Roja. Every night, night owls gather here and shout until 3 am, so you have to sleep with all the windows and doors closed, which is why there is a lack of fresh air. Next time we will look for another place, because the price is also increasing too much every year. Thank you Marija and Alberto for the opportunity to have a great time in our beloved town.

Perfect in every single way.

If you are looking for somewhere to stay in Tenerife, you have found it. I literally cannot express with words how absolutely wonderful it was to stay here. I will do my best though. Clean, spacious, full equipped with everything you would ever need, washing machine, oven, stove, appliances like a kettle and toaster, huge fridge and freezer, salt and pepper etc, comfortable lighting, an incredibly comfortable sofa, AMAZING air conditioning in the bedroom with a huge ceiling fan in the sitting room, a brand new huge TV with Netflix and Disney (so so nice and comfortable), a beautiful balcony out of the direct sunlight but with gorgeous veiws of the sea and a little town square, insanely comfortable bed with an extra fan, hairdryer, loada of towels and sheets, a little tote bag for extra beach stuff and a fully equipped bathroom with perfectly hot water and a beautiful shower, not to mention the lightning fast wifi! The biggest benefits of this place over anywhere else is the fully functioning A/C and the garage! Parking in Tenerife was a nightmare, and I had absolultely no idea it would be so difficult, so having this garage space right in the apartment building with a lift connected to it was an absolute godsend. Alberto and Maria were so incredibly helpful with every little question I had, no matter how silly it may have sounded, and the process to get in and out of the apartment was a breeze. 11/10. I cannot wait to come back!!

Mit Garage für Auto is Spitze!

Da es in der Stadt El Medano keine Parkplätze mehr gab, war die Garage für das Auto der beste Bonus. Die Lage der Wohnung ist die beste, die Wohnung selbst ist sehr gut, die Aussicht auf Montana Roja und das Meer ist ausgezeichnet. Die Wohnung ist perfekt eingerichtet, nichts stört Sie, es gibt sogar eine Espressomaschine. Der einzige Nachteil von 1000 Plus ist der Lärm der Plaza Roja am Abend. Laute Bars und laut trinkende Gäste waren ein leichter Albtraum.

Tolle Wohnung, tolle Lage

Die Wohnung liegt direkt an der Plaza Roja mit einem schönen Blick aufs Meer und auf die Montana Roja, sowohl vom Balkon, auf dem wir jeden Morgen frühstückten, als auch durch die große Schiebetür vom Sofa. Die Ausstattung ist praktisch perfekt, bis hin zum Sonnenschirm und zum Strandspielzeug ist alles vorhanden. Es gab nichts, was uns gefehlt hat, sogar das Internet war schneller als zu Hause. Der Stellplatz in der Tiefgarage ist sehr nützlich, auch wenn das Herein- und Herausfahren etwas Übung erfordert. Der Vermieter war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, alles verlief problemlos, obwohl wir sturmbedingt 7 Stunden später ankamen als geplant. Insgesamt war dies eine unserer besten Ferienwohnungen in El Médano.

bon séjour

cet appartement est bien situé près de la vie et des commerces mais cela fait parfois un peu de bruit certains soirs. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié l'accès à 2 chaines TV en français, ce qui est rare . Il est bien fourni mais les stores électriques devraient être revus. Belle vue sur la mer depuis le balcon à l'abri du vent.

Tolle Lage, leider laut

Tolles Appartment, mittendrin im lebhaften El Medano. Strand und Promenade direkt vor der Tür. Diverse Lokale und alles was man sonst braucht in direkter Umgebung-toll. Tagsüber und Abends ist der Plaza Roja schön belebt und wir haben das Treiben auf dem Platz tagsüber und abends sehr genossen-anstrengend wird es nachts, weil die Bauweise des Hauses wenig Schallschutz bietet und es je später der Abend desto grölender die Feiernden nicht unseren Schlafgewohnheiten zuträglich laut war. Sylvester ist bis mindestens 05:30h nicht an Schlaf zu denken, da auf diesem Platz dann eine Open air Disco mit unfassbar schlechter Musik und ewig dazwischenquatschendem DJ läuft. Wen das nicht stört, findet zum Party machen keinen zentraleren Platz in El Medano. Die Betreuung durch Alberto und auch Maria war hervorragend. Die Tiefgarage ist auch super, weil Parkplätze rar sind- aber wg der Rampe runter auf der man nur mit zurücksetzen um die Ecke kommt- nehmt den kleinsten Mietwagen den ihr bekommen könnt, sonst dauerte länger rein und raus.

Very nice apartment

We stayed in the apartment for one week. Is is well located in a nice area of El Medano and has everything you need. We had all our breakfasts and spent all the evenings on the balcony, overlooking the sea and a big square with bars and restaurants. We had no problems with noise from the streets around. We took a taxi to and from the airport, 15 euros, took only 10 minutes. We recommend this apartment!

Sehr schönes Appartement in bester Lage

Das Appartement ist sehr geschmackvoll und gut ausgestattet, der Blick vom Balkon auf das Meer ist das Highlight. El Medano ist ein positiver, lebhafter Ort, was aber auch einen gewissen Geräuschpegel mit sich bringt. Uns hat es nicht wirklich gestört, aber man sollte das wissen, wenn man hierher kommt. Dafür bietet der Ort eben eine sehr angenehme Atmosphäre. Vom Appartement zum Meer sind es 50 m, zum Badestrand vielleicht 200 m. Sehr positiv angesichts der Parkplatzsituation im Ort auch ist auch der Stellplatz in der Tiefgarage unter dem Haus. Ein- und Ausfahrt sind allerings nicht ganz einfach. Apallerdings beim Rein- und Rausfahren

wir sind sehr gut betreut worden. Die Unterkunft ist leicht erreichbar. Ich würde gleich ein Auto beim Flughafen mieten. Die Garage ist mehr oder weniger nur mit einem kleinen Auto zu befahren. Wir hatten ein Fiat 500 und mussten ganz schön kurbeln. Die Wohnung war sauber und so wie beschrieben. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt und wir konnten uns richtig gut erholen. Wir würden jederzeit wieder mieten. Danke für den netten Empfang mit Sekt, Käse, Wasser, Bananen und Kekse. Insgesamt ein Lob an Alberto und Maria

Tolle Wohnung mit Meerblick!!

Wir waren fast zwei Wochen in Marias Wohnung und sind mehr als zufrieden! Die Wohnung ist mit allem ausgestattet was man sich wünscht, zentral gelegen und vor allem gepflegt! Der ganze Ablauf von Buchung bis zur Schlüsselübergabe war reibungslos und unkompliziert! El medano ist ein toller Ort um Urlaub zu machen, nicht touristisch überlaufen, mit tollen Restaurants und nur 10 min vom Flughafen entfernt! Sehr zu empfehlen!! Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Schöne Ferienwohnung in guter Lage

Die Schlüsselübergabe war perfekt organisiert. Die Ferienwohnung ist gut ausgestattet. Vom Süd-Balkon aus, der schon vormittages in der Sonne legit, hat man einen wunderschönen Blick aufs Meer. Der Stellplatz in der Parkgarage im Tiefgeschosses des Hauses ist angesichts der Parksituation in El Medano sehr nützlich, wenn die Einfahrt auch etwas schwierig ist. El Medano ist keine verschlafene Touristensiedlung, sondern ein durchaus lebhafter Ort ist, an dem sich Menschen auch mal nachts auf der Straße bzw. dem gegenüberliegenden Platz aufhalten. Die damit verbundenen Geräusche waren für uns kein Problem, ebenso wenig wie die Flugzeuge, die nach dem Start El Medano teilweise überfliegen. Für uns ein perfekter Urlaub in einer sehr angenehmen Ferienwohnung.

Superschönes, sonniges, sauberes Apartment

Wir haben die Wohnung sehr unkompliziert beziehen können. Sie ist wirklich sehr schön gelegen. Wir fanden die Wohnung extrem sauber vor. Ebenso hatten uns die Vermieter verschiedenste Leckereien und eine kleine Flasche Wein als Willkommensgruß hingestellt. Wir haben uns dort wirklich sehr, sehr wohl gefühlt! Auf den Fotos ist gar nicht erkennbar wie schön es dort ist. Vor allem der sonnige und windstille Balkon ist ein Hit. Absolut empfehlenswert!

Very good accommodation, we missed nothing

Nice apartment, fully equipped kitchen, parking lot (garage) included. Great view from the sunny balcony. Central position, only few walking minutes to several restaurants and bars. Not too loud, even though some noise / voices can be heard from the nearby surroundings. Fully recommended!

Es war ein schöner Urlaub !!

Wir waren vom 02.11-11.11.2017 in Marias Wohnung. Alles ist wie beschrieben, die Wohnung ist sehr sauber und es ist alles da was man braucht. Die Restaurants und Cafes sind alle in der Nähe und auch zum Strand ist es nicht weit. Wir haben immer gegenüber in einem kleinen Cafe gefrühstückt. Als wir ein Problem mit der Jalousie hatten, hat Alberto das sofort geregelt. Auf diesem Weg nochmal herzlichen Dank an ihn, er ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir haben die Zeit in der Wohnung genossen.

Schönes Appartment, tolle Lage

Wir waren vom 12. - 19.02.2017 in Marias Appartment. Es liegt im 2. Stock (mit Fahrstuhl). Zum Appartement gehört ein Garagenplatz, was in El Médano sehr wichtig ist. Wir haben uns in dem Appartment sehr wohl gefühlt. Es hat eine tolle Lage, nahe den Stränden und dem Zenrum von El Médano. Die kurzfristigen, unvorhersehbaren Bauarbeiten am placa roja (Beginn ab 8:30 Uhr) vor dem Haus wurden durch eine großzügige Rückzahlung von Maria gelöst. Dank noch einmal an Alberto, dem Hausverwalter, der sich sofort gekümmert und die Sache geregelt hat. Wir sind morgens auswärts frühstücken gegangen, was in den vielen schönen kleinen Restaurants Spaß gemacht hat. Ab ca.15:30 Uhr war der Balkon (mit seitlichem Meerblick) auch wieder nutzbar, da die Bauarbeiten beendet waren. Wir werden die Wohnung nächstes Jahr wieder mieten.

Schöne Wohnung an guter Lage

Meine Frau und ich waren im Februar 2015 für 3 Wochen in dieser Wohnung, welche uns sehr gut gefallen hat. Alles war sauber und gepflegt. Auch die Lage ist ideal. Man ist nur einen Schritt von den Restaurants und Bars entfernt und doch ungestört etwas am Rande. Die Aussicht auf den Mt. Roja und die Bucht von El Medano ist fantastisch. Vor dem Gebäude befindet sich die Plaza Roja. Dort ist immer etwas los und es macht Spass dem dortigen Treiben zuzuschauen. Wir würden diese Wohnung wieder nehmen.
