The day before we were due to arrive i received an email to tell me that they're was a 'Problem' with the apartment i had booked, which was a 2 bedroomed apartment, but we were being given an alternative one which was just as good. I later found out another family had booked it too.Access to the apartment is through a yard which is infested with pigeons. There was no attempt to clean the yard. There were cases of empty bottles laying around and the bins were covered in bird droppings. We were given a 1 bedroomed apartment with a sofa bed and double bed. One wardrobe with 4 hangers, a broken chair thrown under a desk, an unusable balcony and paper thin towles. The cobwebs were everywhere. The toilet brush had dried toilet paper on it. There were no tea towels for drying up.When i complained we got another room, nowhere near the other, in the main house. Far from the kids. Location was fabulous. The room looked over the square, unfortunately there was only 1 chair to sit at the window. The wifi, as advertised, was not working. I had texts and calls about this as i really needed internet as i was working. I was told the problem was with the connection coming into the building. After 3 days the router was enabled in the apartment, but it still didnt connect. A booster was brought in, but didnt function correctly. I gave up and bought data from Vodafone hotspot.I complained but apart from new towles and a box of sweets, thats it..despite talk of a refund of some days.
