rules below. Violations may result in a heafty fine and/or immediate eviction without refund.

Neighborhood Respect Guidelines
Our home has great neighbors. Of course, they don’t love excessive noise. To ensure happy
neighbors:
- Quiet Hours: 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM (strictly enforced)
- Hot Tub Hours: Use permitted only between 8:00 AM – 10:00 PM
- Noise Levels: Keep music and conversations at a low volume after 8:00 PM
- Noise Monitoring: Property is equipped with noise-aware sensors (monitors decibel levels only—no
recordings)
- Street Parking: park in the driveway of the home. Do
not block neighbor access or driveways.

Group Conduct & Guest Guidelines
This home is designed for peaceful enjoyment. Please follow these group policies:
- Guest Limit: Maximum occupancy is as listed on your reservation
- No Parties or Events: Only registered guests may be on the property
- Deck Use: Limit of 8 people on the deck at one time
- Kitchen Courtesy: Please clean as you cook and take trash to the receptacles near the garage
- Pet Policy: Up to 2 small pets allowed with prior approval. Pets must remain leashed outdoors and
be cleaned up after

Safety, Cleanliness, and Property Protection
We want to ensure you have a safe and clean experience. To help us keep it this way for you and
future guests, please:
- No Indoor Smoking: Smoke only in outdoor areas. A large fine is applied for indoor smoking
- Hot Tub Rules: No food or drink during hot tub use
- Fire Features: You can use the fire pit at your own risk; please put out before checkout.
- Children: Kids under 12 must be supervised when outdoors
- Security: Lock all windows and doors whenever leaving the home

Check-Out Checklist
Before you leave, please complete the following steps:
- Towels: Place all used towels in the laundry room upstairs (leave sheets and comforters on beds)
- Dishes: Rinse, load into the dishwasher, add detergent (under sink), and run the cycle
- BBQ: Clean the grill thoroughly after use
- Fridge: Remove all food and clean out the refrigerator
- Trash: Take out all garbage to the trash receptacles next to the garage
- Furniture: Return all chairs, cushions, and furniture to their original places
- Thermostat: Turn off heating/cooling
- Appliances: Confirm all stove burners, oven, BBQ, fireplace, and fire pit are completely off
- Doors & Windows: Lock everything before you leave
