A huge wraparound deck serves as the area to come together for socializing. With two kitchens, and two separate living rooms, you can have all the privacy you desire while still hosting happy hour on the huge sun deck in the back! Enjoy the convenience of 2 fully equipped kitchens, air conditioning, and a BBQ grill for outdoor dining. With its prime location near the ocean, you'll have easy access to the beach for sun-soaked days and memorable sunsets. Explore nearby attractions and create lasting vacation memories in this beautiful coastal retreat.

2 Grills, 2 Outdoor Hot and Cold Private Showers. Generous parking for 8 cars, size dependent. Beach Gear for Guest Use.

Stairwells in the front yard go up one level to separate front door entry to each side of the home.



Level 2: we are a one level home on pilings.

Front Porch: sound view, pub vignette seating.

Wraparound Sun Deck: Adirondack polywood seating, lounge chairs.

Open floor plan for living-dining-kitchen.

Living Rooms: Sofa, soft side chairs, smart TV, ceiling fan.

Dining areas: traditional dining table seating 6-8 people. Kitchen counter seating at barstools.

Kitchen: fully equipped for making meals at home, granite countertop, stainless sink with pull spray faucet, dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator/freezer, electric range.

2 Queen bedrooms on each side share a hallway bath. Queen beds, chest of drawers, smart TV, ceiling fan.

Primary Ensuite Baths: bathtub and shower with spray wand, single vanity, toilet.

1 Bunkroom on each side: Left side has Full over full bunk with full size trundle, sleeping up to 6.

Right Side has twin over twin bunk with a twin trundle, sleeping 3. Wall mounted smart TV.

Hallway Bath 2: shower with spray wand, single vanity, toilet.

Linens - Sheets and Towels will be wrapped in sealed packages and lying on the end of the beds. 



Rental Policies:

In response to the increased incidence of credit card fraud, a valid government photo ID will be required for every reservation. A signed rental agreement is required: accepting House Rules on any online travel agency requires reading and acceptance of our rental agreement.



Things to bring:

Paper towels and toilet paper, trash bags, soaps, detergents, minimal cleaning supplies, and beach towels.



Arrival/Departure:

Summer Check-Ins (June-August) begin at 4:00 pm and are guaranteed by 6:00 pm

Check Out is by 10:00 am

We adhere to this policy so please do not arrive early early or plan to delay your departure.

Pet Policy: Up to 4 Dogs Allowed. Dogs only, no cats. Your first dog fee is included in the rent, additional dogs are allowed with extra fee; restrictions apply.



Cancellation Policy:

We want to make sure you’re aware of our cancellation policy. If you cancel when your arrival date is more than 60 days away, you will receive a full refund.  If you cancel when your arrival date is less than 60 days away, you will forfeit your deposit.

Topsail Island is a hidden gem along the NC coast, known for its pristine beaches, crystal-clear waters, and charming coastal towns like Surf City. From sunbathing and swimming to fishing and surfing, there are plenty of outdoor activities to enjoy on this beautiful island. Explore the local shops and restaurants, take a fishing cruise out with an area fishing guide, or simply relax on the beach and soak up the sun. With so much to see and do on Topsail Island, your vacation will be filled with unforgettable memories and moments of pure relaxation. Topsail Island is a 28-mile-long barrier island made up of marshes, estuaries, dunes, and shorelines. Sandwiched between the Atlantic Ocean and the Intracoastal Waterway, “Tops’l” as the locals call it, is home to several fishing piers including the Seaview Fishing Pier. 875 feet of planks were used to construct this pier, which is the longest pier on the North Carolina coast. Privately owned shops, restaurants and attractions abound on Topsail as well as the neighboring mainland towns.
