Just to clarify for future guests, the listing does state that this is the private upper/main residence, not the entire property, and that the driveway is shared. We also communicate in advance that the garage may occasionally be accessed through a separate entrance, with no shared indoor spaces. The fifth sleeping area is a converted playroom/bonus room with futon sleeping, which is described in the listing, though we understand guests may interpret “bedroom” differently. We’ll continue making that wording as clear as possible so expectations are aligned before arrival.
