I had an amazing stay at Tracee's place. It was quiet, clean, plenty of parking and served all of my needs. Tracee was responsive and very accommodating of my stay.

Tracees place is amazing. It's exactly as shown in the pictures with everything you need for a comfortable stay. The neighborhood is calm and you don't hear any noise at night. You also get your own parking space on the back which helps a lot. I will definitely stay here again when I come to Chicago. My kids loved the place. Thank you again.

We were moving cross country with all our belongings split between two cars and our dog. We are so grateful to have found Tracee's place. The designated parking spot in the back was phenomenal for our peace of mind and there were plenty of additional parking on the street. It's in a quiet and peaceful neighborhood with lots of friendly locals we met during our walk. It was during a heat wave so walking into the space with the AC on was such a relief. Beds were comfortable, water pressure was good, and the space had everything we needed. Tracee was very responsive to our questions. Definitely would recommend anyone to stay here.
