Modern private space on a quiet residential street. Walking distance to ocean in Marina del Rey. Clean. Bright. Airy. 11' ceilings. Completely private entrance. Large modern living area. Small bedroom in a curtained alcove with a queen size bed. Above a detached garage far away from the main house and with no cars going in and out. One driveway parking spot ~20' from the front door. Private outdoor sitting area. [We strongly recommend booking no less than 31 nights to avoid L.A.'s Transient Occupancy Tax (TOT) of 14%.]
