The 100-square-meter Völkl holiday apartment awaits you with a large terrace featuring an awning and a south-facing location. The Völkl holiday apartment, which has been newly renovated, features 2 bedrooms with new box-spring beds, a new bathroom with an additional toilet and shower, a sitting area, and a kitchen with a dishwasher. Towels and bed linens are provided. Come and make yourself at home in our 100-square-meter holiday apartment, which was awarded 5 stars in 2022. With our spacious terrace, equipped with an awning and sun loungers, you can make the most of your relaxation time. Day trips to Passau and the Czech Republic, where you can shop affordably, are highly recommended. It’s also a great starting point for beautiful hikes along the Schwarzer Regen, to the Rothbach estuary, up the Harlachberg, or to the Märchenalm—all while enjoying nature. Guided hikes to the Arber, the Rißloch Falls, or the Silberberg are available upon request for a contribution of 5 EUR. Böbrach is located near the Großer Arber and Bodenmais, where sustainable tourism is still a priority. It’s just a few minutes to the town centre, and there’s parking right at the house. If you’d like to leave your car behind, there’s a bus stop nearby. In winter, our cross-country ski trail is just a few metres from the house. No deposit required. Check-in is available starting at 2:00 PM or by prior telephone arrangement. Check-out is by 10:00 AM. Keys are handed over in person on site.
