The Haus Besch is located in Alt Reddevitz on the Mönchgut Peninsula on Rügen. It opened in 2020 with stunning luxury apartments. All apartments offer direct waterfront views of the Hagensche Wiek all the way to Gager.
If you’d like to experience a holiday away from the tourist crowds, Alt Reddevitz is the perfect place for you.
Great restaurants will treat you to regional cuisine, a café right on the water invites you to enjoy a delicious slice of cake, and the natural beach awaits you for sunbathing—that’s the kind of holiday you’ve always wanted. Here you’ll find pure relaxation.



Thanks to numerous free transport options, you can confidently leave your car behind during your holiday and simply let yourself be driven around.



With your visitor’s card, you can use the following modes of transport free of charge:




• Rides on VVR bus lines 20 and 21 between the Baltic Sea resorts of Sellin, Baabe, and Göhren and the municipality of Mönchgut, including the villages of Middelhagen, Alt Reddevitz, Lobbe, Gager, Groß-Zicker, Thiessow, and Klein-Zicker—year-round

• Rides on the Sellin Resort Train in Sellin to the beach and to Baabe, as well as on the resort train in Baabe and the local Buskam bus in Göhren (Easter through October 31)

• Rides on the Sellin local bus, Route 25, to Altensien, Neuensien, Moritzdorf, and Seedorf (May–October)





Unfortunately, during the peak season (July 1–August 31), arrivals on Saturdays are not possible. Of course, you’re welcome to arrive on any other day of the week—and it’s much more relaxed, thanks to lighter travel traffic.

The Marina’s Möwennest apartment offers every luxury for your holiday across 86 m². Up to 2 guests are warmly invited to spend a wonderful holiday in Alt Reddevitz.
The view from the living area and the balcony alone is simply fabulous! The floor-to-ceiling windows leave nothing to the imagination.
The highlight is the apartment’s walk-in loft. Accessible via a ladder, it’s the perfect spot for ultimate relaxation.
The modern, high-end living area features a cosy sofa set and a smart TV. With your account, you can stream Netflix. Additionally, an Alexa device is available in the living area, both bedrooms, and the loft. The open-concept kitchen with dining area is fully equipped with a 4-burner induction stove, an oven with microwave function, a refrigerator, a dishwasher, a coffee maker, a Nespresso capsule machine, and plenty of kitchen utensils. A washing machine with a dryer function is also available in the kitchen.
The bedroom with a box-spring bed and smart TV invites you to relax. Another bedroom with a small box-spring bed and smart TV is also available.
The bathroom is equipped with a walk-in shower, a heated and illuminated mirror, a hair dryer, and a toilet. The sauna and underfloor heating round out the Möwennest.
Free Wi-Fi and an underground parking space in the building are available to you.
