The modern and lovingly furnished Penthouse Apartment 9 in the Seeblick building features a sunny rooftop terrace with an unobstructed view of the lake, two separate sleeping areas, and a bright living area with a large open kitchenette. The comfortable living area, featuring a sofa set (which can be converted into a bed for a 5th or 6th person, 1.30 m x 2.00 m) + coffee table, 2 recliners, 2 floor lamps, a fireplace (firewood included), and a TV console with a flat-screen TV—offers a cosy place to unwind after eventful days on the Mönchgut Peninsula. From here, you can access the sunny rooftop terrace (facing south and east) with balcony seating and a unique view of the lake. Adjacent to it is an open and fully equipped kitchenette with a dishwasher, oven, exhaust hood, induction cooktop, microwave, refrigerator with freezer compartment, electric kettle, coffee maker, Nespresso machine, toaster, various small kitchen appliances, and a dining area featuring a bar table. The larger bedroom features a box-spring bed (2.00 m x 2.00 m), a nightstand, a closet, a chest of drawers, and an armchair. The second bedroom features a box-spring bed (1.60 m x 2.00 m), a nightstand, a closet, a chest of drawers, a floor lamp, and a full-length mirror. The inviting bathroom features a spacious corner bathtub, a toilet, a hair dryer, a makeup mirror, and a double sink with a matching mirror. There is also an additional guest bathroom with a small sink in the apartment. For our younger guests, a high chair and a travel cot (without bedding, but with a mattress) are available. Your four-legged friend is also a welcome guest and can have its own sleeping area for a fee. A bicycle storage area is available free of charge for you and all guests of the house to share. Your parking space is located just under 100 metres from the house and is included in your stay. You can book an initial linen package (complete set of bed linens, 1 shower towel, 2 small hand towels) for an additional fee up to 14 days before arrival, or supplement it with your own linens. For active holidaymakers, an extensive network of hiking and biking trails stretches through the immediate vicinity of Mariendorf and Middelhagen.
