Disliked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, location, listing accuracy
we were notified before arrival, which was around midnight, that the cleaners were not able to clean the place and a discount was offered if we wanted to change the sheets ourselves. We declined the discount and said it was unacceptable that the place was not cleaned before our visit, so somehow it got cleaned. When we arrived, the front door was wide open. The place did not look very clean and we also saw drops of what looked like blood on the ground. I contacted the host via the app which the host said was the best way to contact them and it took 24 hours to get a response. We didn’t stay the second night as we didn’t feel safe!
