Amazing sixth-floor condo with two bedrooms and two full bathrooms right in the heart of all the action on Pensacola Beach at Emerald Isle Condominiums. This rentals features a balcony off the main bedroom and living room directly overlooking the beautiful Gulf of Mexico! There is also a private washer/dryer, central AC, and free WiFi. Every room in this condo has a TV. There is a 42' Plasma TV in the living room with a VCR/DVD, and TVs in the main bedroom and guest bedroom. Beautifully decorated with tropical beach décor, this condo is equipped with a king in the main bedroom and a queen in the second bedroom. The main has its own private bathroom and the other bathroom is conveniently located near the second bedroom and living room.
Things to Know
**PLEASE NOTE**
Emerald Isle will soon begin a comprehensive elevator modernization project to improve the safety and reliability of our building’s vertical transportation system. The project is scheduled to commence on Monday, August 11, 2025, and will temporarily reduce elevator service to one operational elevator for the duration of the work. The project is anticipated to last approximately 28 weeks.
Work Schedule and Site Activity
• Contractors will be onsite Monday through Thursday, working 10-hour shifts from 6:30 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.
• In consideration of residents, noise will be minimized prior to 8:00 a.m.
• Two cranes will be used during portions of the project. Please exercise caution in and around the parking areas when equipment is in operation.
Access and Wait Times
During the modernization, only one elevator will be available for residents and guests. As a result, longer wait times should be expected. We encourage the use of stairwells whenever possible and appreciate your cooperation in helping to reduce congestion.
We understand this project may cause temporary inconvenience, but it is a critical investment in our building’s infrastructure. Your patience and understanding are greatly appreciated.
