**PLEASE NOTE**
Emerald Isle will soon begin a comprehensive elevator modernization project to improve the safety and reliability of our building’s vertical transportation system. The project is scheduled to commence on Monday, August 11, 2025, and will temporarily reduce elevator service to one operational elevator for the duration of the work. The project is anticipated to last approximately 28 weeks.
Work Schedule and Site Activity
• Contractors will be onsite Monday through Thursday, working 10-hour shifts from 6:30 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.
• In consideration of residents, noise will be minimized prior to 8:00 a.m.
• Two cranes will be used during portions of the project. Please exercise caution in and around the parking areas when equipment is in operation.
Access and Wait Times
During the modernization, only one elevator will be available for residents and guests. As a result, longer wait times should be expected. We encourage the use of stairwells whenever possible and appreciate your cooperation in helping to reduce congestion.
We understand this project may cause temporary inconvenience, but it is a critical investment in our building’s infrastructure. Your patience and understanding are greatly appreciated.

The condo was fine. We had a toilet that wouldn’t refill so we called about that and with the help of the worker we rigged it to work until we left and it could be properly fixed. Immediately had to call and get the code to get into the parking lot. There was a different code for everywhere we went in the condos and we didn’t have them all. Thank goodness the other residences were there to help us or we would have been stuck on the beach. We counted 5 codes in total. Very difficult system! We had one false fire alarm late one evening and called Vacasa to see if they knew of anything that was happening. We did not receive a call back. Ended up not having to evacuate. Our neighbor told us it was the third false alarm in a week. The hot tub was out of service for two days and in February , it was definitely part of our vacation plan. That was disappointing. I would not recommend Emerald Isle to my friends.
Perfect location with a great view from the balcony. The check-in process was a bit clunky - several different emails and texts each with different codes you'd need. It could definitely be streamlined. The condo had everything we needed and was very comfortable.
The unit was very nice and comfortable for 5. The bathrooms were super nice and the master shower was awesome. I also really liked the chairs on the balcony with the pullout footrests. Made it feel big! Would definitely recommend and stay here again.

Super pretty views! Obtaining the parking permit was very frustrating. All the codes to enter also were annoying....gate code, parking permit code, door code.....kind of extra. The curtains were also difficult to slide shut. My husband thought maybe the curtain rod was mounted too closely to the wall? Very difficult to slide shut. Otherwise the property was as described and the ocean view was amazing!!
We stayed here for a weekend girls trip to see a show at the Saenger Theater. The condo was so cute! Very clean. Great location. Will definitely be back.
We really enjoyed the view from the 11th floor balcony. The beach was amazing the week we were there. The beach service was helpful. The condo was perfect and exactly what we needed for a family of 4. The teens also loved having a pool and hot tub available.
The condo was extremely nice. It is in a nice location easy access to the beach.. Great ocean view. Decor is very nice. The condo is very updated with nice appliances and plenty of dishes and kitchen amenities! The bedding was very comfortable. I will definitely come back.
Condo was very clean, comfortable. View was outstanding with beautiful Sunsets. Will definitely book this unit again. Only problem is the keypad to Entrance Gate, Entrance into Building Doors was very sensitive and took several tries to get in the building. The Condo itself no problems getting in.

We’ve stayed at Emerald Isle many times in different condos. The condos have always been nice, but this one in particular was exceptional. Everything from the appliances to the bathrooms and patio furniture was all updated and appeared brand new. Decorated very nicely and there was a huge bookshelf in the master bedroom with plenty of books to choose from. I wish we could have stayed longer! Would definitely go back and absolutely recommend this condo!

It was nice
Cleanliness of the fans, dust on curtains, too much furniture for the size condo. We felt like the first bedroom and bathroom had a odor like black mold. The kitchen was amazing as well as the location. Shelby is by far fantastic and those individuals who worked at the condo are so friendly as well as helpful.

The condo was gorgeous, very clean, and well appointed. The condo building itself was clean and nice as well but there were three different PINs and codes needed toEnter the property, get in the door, & park your car. Vacasa sent some but not all needed codes. Had to ask for the code to the condo itself. Juggling which numbers go where made it hard to get around, relax, & be carefree.Vacasa Mgmt could make it easier and send all codes in one text or document email rather than multiple text messages.

2 Bedroom that online said was a 3 bedroom
If you thought you were renting a two bedroom this property is very nice and efficient it said it was a three bread room and was not so caused a big inconvenience for me and my family with very little help from Vacasa would not recommend this place due to the management of a vacasa is nice I suggest the owners find a new venue to manage their property, I am looking for a partial refund spent a lot of time trying to resolve the issue with no luck

Beach Bliss
We had a nice relaxing stay here for the most part. The unit is nice and a convenient location to local shopping and dining. The view is amazing as you look over one of the most beautiful beaches in the world. Our biggest frustration was the tv as it is Fall football season and MLB playoffs. The unit description says it has cable but it rarely worked and couldn’t get most of the channels. When I called the management company they asked me when I could be available to wait for the cable company to come out. I reminded them that I was paying them for my vacation rental. I feel they should reimburse me part of my payment for the false advertising of having cable tv in the unit.

Too many access codes to memorize. 10 digits for the condo door seems a little extreme. Gotta pull out the cellphone or a piece of paper every time. The door to the master bedroom would not shut all the way. One elevator for a 17 story condo is a BIG problem. I can’t imagine what it would be like in peak season — let me know when it’s fixed and I’ll come back again. Curtains to bedroom broken closure mechanism. There’s a bright “burn-in” spot in the center of the main room TV. When they say no cooking or essentials, they mean it. Not even some cheap salt & pepper shakers in the cabinet, so bring EVERYTHING you need. Regarding communications, we asked a couple of questions regarding specifics about the place and they weren’t answered in timely fashion — one of the 2 questions not answered until we had already left to go. The sofa sleeper needs an upgrade. The extra pillows in the master closet need replacing. Location is GREAT. Clean and ice bin full on arrival.

Clean condo awful customer service
The condo itself was clean, but none of the door codes worked ever, one elevator was broken to the point that the fire department had to come get someone out and the parking situation was a nightmare. My check in email along with signs posted on the property stated that my vehicle would be towed if it wasn’t registered however the system would not allow me to register. I tried contacting Vacasa dozens of times by phone and text. No one ever answered by phone and the texts went on until 2am with no resolution. I spent my entire first day and a half of my vacation worried that my car would be towed. I finally contacted another leasing company in the area that told me that they wouldn’t actually tow my car. We had to wait outside the front doors and pool doors to get inside because none of the codes I was given ever worked. I firmly asked Vacasa to have a human call me on the phone and it was 2 days before someone actually called and she still had no resolution. She refunded me $190. I have no clue where that amount came from, but I should get a full refund! I’m absolutely floored that this company is even in business. They were not easy to work with at all. These are just a few of the issues we had. There were plenty more. It’s unfortunate that the owners of the condo choose to use this company because their condo is nice, but I will never rent from Vacasa again.
