First the good... excellent proximity to the beach it was a very short walk. Pools were very clean and not crowded at all even with horrible beach conditions. Very clean 2 bed room 2 bathroom u it with beautiful view of the pond. Very quiet spot and nice people. The bad... we only had tv remote for the living room. Bedroom with 2 beds had no remote so kids couldn't use it. Master bedroom had a roku remote o by which doesn't turn the TV on or off so we had to physically get up to turn it on/off. No gate code was given and we had to call management to get it which went to a messaging service and we had to wait for a call back. Check in is 4:00 and the office closes at 4:00. You have to get in to "pay" for parking passes and wristbands so you have to come early and hope your room is ready. For a family of 8 this cost 165. The front door uses a 6 digit code (good luck remembering it) and the original code stopped working at 8:30 out first night and we had to call management to resolve. They made a new code and sent it to me which worked for the rest of the trip. There is bar seating for 4 in the kitchen but nowhere else to sit and eat. The condo is pretty small when is comes to the living room and kitchen but very nice with good furniture and appliances. All in all, we liked the condo but had different expectations on size due to pictures. All the downsides I feel are due to management of the property for vacation rentals. We would stay here again in the future.
