Ramsgate Harbor offers 550 feet of the world's most beautiful beach right off your balcony along with fantastic on-site amenities that include an outdoor pool, a grilling area with picnic tables, outdoor showers, and restroom facilities. You are also within a short distance of Florida's finest restaurants, entertainment, supermarkets, and shopping - there is something for everyone right here! Other great attractions nearby include Silver Sands Premium Outlets for some high-end shopping, Pier Park, Gulf World Marine Park, and more.



This third-floor home away from home provides you with a spacious beachfront balcony off the living room with unparalleled views of the Gulf of Mexico and a convenient outdoor dining area so you can step your meals up a notch with a gorgeous backdrop. Inside, the first floor is made up of a sunny open floor plan that seamlessly combines all living spaces into one. The fully-equipped kitchen boasts upgraded appliances that will make cooking a breeze, including a trash compactor. Put on the chef's apron and treat your friends to delicious homemade meals. Then, let the dishwasher running while you all kick back and relax in the living area, furnished with comfy sofas and a smart TV with streaming and cable options. Both bedrooms are located upstairs, with the primary bedroom having its own en suite bathroom and a Gulf-front balcony!



Beach Chair Service is included with this home through Surf N' Sun Recreation

There will be a lounger set with an umbrella and cushions. The unit number will be present on the back of the chairs.

There is parking available for a $35 fee per vehicle with a max of two vehicles. You will be emailed a Ramsgate Parking Registration Link a week before your arrival date.

There are no elevators on site.

The owner has the thermostat set to 76 in June! You can manually turn it down but within an hour it automatically goes back to 76. I did contact the owner through VRBO and someone was suppose to look at it but never did. Nights were miserable!
