Level 2 begins with your laundry center located at the top of the stairs. The Master Bedroom is Gulf front and features a plush king bed, flat-screen TV, ample closet space, and private balcony. The sweeping views of the Gulf, with its spectacular sunrises, make morning coffee on your balcony a must while you watch the aquatic life dance in the water just for you. The Master Bath includes the same custom inlaid tile throughout with upgraded fixtures, granite vanity tops, and a special shower head that gives you the spa-like experience. The Guest Bedroom also offers a king bed, plenty of natural sunlight, and a private en suite bath for the ultimate convenience. Your outside first-floor sundeck offers ample seating, a hi-top dining table and chairs--a great entertaining atmosphere. As you make your way down the stairs to the beach you'll pass the private outdoor shower on the left which is for your usage only.
