The Space:

It's true. We are not playing musical chairs on the sand! Two bedrooms are being rented, why not four chairs? No lugging four chairs and two umbrellas up and down the elevators across the boardwalk and back to the condo. When you get to the sand, where do you set the chairs and umbrellas? You can take a quick stroll with your drink, towel and sunglasses and settle in for toes in the sand. March through October service includes four chairs and two umbrellas. Wow, you'll save $90 a day because the chair service is included with this condo.



Vacations are a time to reminisce, laugh, and enjoy each other's camaraderie. Families, friends, and romantics will all appreciate the 1,450-foot space. The soft blue and emerald colors of the ocean are reflected in the newly updated kitchen. Seasoned cooks will love the stainless appliances, new cabinets, and shiny quartz countertops. Extra items in the inventory for entertainment ease include a Duo Keurig Coffee Pot, large crockpot, Cuisinart Air Fryer Toaster Oven, blender, and juicer.



Plenty of seating for all in the living room, with two sofas and three chairs. You will love the chairs as all three recline, so kick up your feet and watch your favorite TV show in style. The queen sofa bed is one the best on the market because it has an eight-inch inner spring mattress. Decorated in the tropical style, the comfortable beds are a haven for sleeping. Each bedroom features a large closet, ample storage, and ceiling fans. The primary bedroom has a king bed and ensuite bath, and the guest room has two queen beds. A full-size washer and dryer are in the laundry room, so pack light.



Azure waters and sugar-white sand views await you from the expansive 30-foot balcony. It is time to unwind so grab a book (from our library), or look for the frolicking dolphins. The patio is the perfect place for appetizers, cocktails, and spectacular sunset views. For some, relaxing is a game of pickleball or tennis, so bring your equipment. Came here for a short weekend to relax. It was perfect. The walk to beach was short. The sand was white and soft like flour. Sunrises and sunsets were beautiful from balcony or the beach.

Great Location easy access to elevator and to the unit. We were disappointed that we were not provided coffee filters and one of the bathrooms had no soap or shampoo so be sure to bring your on.

If your looking for a layed back beach but still close to Destin this is the place. It was perfect for my family. The condo itself is very inviting and cozy from the minute you walk thru the door. Very clean and well maintained. The master bed is so comfortable you don't want to leave. Can't wait to come back next year....

Beach in, beach out

The property was as great and being right on the beach was a plus. But being from Colorado it would have been nice to have something in the condo that let us know about the beach itself. Little things like checking in with the beach worker, catching sand crabs at night, notes about how the master bedroom lights had to be run by the breaker box.

Overall the stay was great. The beauty of the beach and crystal clear blue water makes up for any shortcomings. Property is quiet and beach chair service is a plus. The chair attendant works really hard setting up and taking down chairs everyday! The codes we were given to access the amenities of the pool, gym, and tennis courts didn’t work and we needed to contact the property manager multiple times to resolve. Also needed to contact again to acquire the parking passes to display. These were all little things that were fixed eventually but still annoying to deal with on vacation. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

Everything was wonderful except the first day. I knew I took a chance by arriving early, but, I received an email saying early check in was a possibility. I arrived at 1:00 and no one entered or left the room until our 4 pm check in, yet I was told by Vacasa via text that early check in wasn’t available at our location. Why did I receive the email saying it was? Other than that, the owners have a wonderful unit and the vacation was wonderful.
