The view from this property was amazing. The pool area was really nice. Air conditioner was not working. I reported it and they said they would send someone to fix it. Needless to say that didn't happen. She would always respond with "if you need anything let us know". They didnt see to fix the issue. After being in the sun all day we couldnt even rest in cool air. It stayed 75 most of the time at about 4 am every morning it would get to 73. We are used of at least 67. Elevators are horrible. You have to wait over 30 minutes to go one way. Had only 1 elevator working on one side at one point. Best thing about this property was the view and the price. Hopefully the issue get fixed before the next guest.

If you’re going to stay here, bring your own toilet paper, and trash bags. You start out with a “starter”, and that’s all you get. Sofa bed linens weren’t in the room, so had to message management to get some. Unfortunately, the response time is extremely delayed, it was night time and we ended up having to purchase sheets and a blanket. They did eventually bring us linens that night, just too late.The room was okay. Nothing to write home about, and not worth what we paid. I was really hoping to use the sliding door from my room, to the balcony. Unfortunately, the curtain was broken, and couldn’t be lifted out of the way. Who wants to crawl underneath a curtain just to use a sliding door?The elevators are an absolute nightmare, and a huge reason why we will never book there again.Staff is extremely helpful and everyone was pleasant.
