This is a lovely condo right on the Gulf of Mexico. It is very clean & tidy. And the Sandy Key condo property is very well maintained as well. We love Perdido Key & hope to return again.
Very nice place, we enjoyed our stay! We just didn’t get parking passes and wrist bands upon arrival and had to wait two days to get them because it was over the weekend and the office was closed.
Our goal was to have an extended weekend girls trip and we definitely accomplished it. The condo was clean, spacious and comfortable. The walk to the beach was short and everything we needed was within 5 miles.
The condo was beautifully decorated and very clean. Loved the view from the balcony. We had a slight problem but management did their best to take care of it quickly. We would definitely stay again.

Loved the condo and location. The only thing was our wash machine was not working and we did not have enough linen for our party of 6. I would definitely come back here!
Nice location and condo. It was quiet and not as touristy as many other places I have stayed in the Florida panhandle. My only complaints were an actual key lock on the door instead of a passcode lock like most places. Who wants to keep track of a key while on the beach?!?! The freezer does not produce ice and the main balcony door was super hard to open and you can tell others had issues with it as one side of the door handle was apart when we checked in.
Nice and clean. Large patio with table to enjoy dinner while watching the ocean.
Suggestion- mirror in front bedroom to help with getting ready while sharing bathroom.
Frig may need a new filter. Water dispenses slowly. Ice maker runs slow. Thankful for the regular ice trays to help with making ice.

The condo and property was fantastic. The rooms were beautifully decorated and stocked. The 3rd floor was great and stairs were right there., but still elevator nearby for our big loads. Checkin was weird but worked out. I had trouble with wrong information in my email and app that made things difficult at first. Gate code was wrong, Wi-Fi info was wrong, and location of HSA office was wrong. Made it tougher when checking in on a Sunday night.
Loved our stay despite the initial challenges!
Overall, we loved our experience. The condo was right in the beach, with beautiful views of the ocean from the balcony. We came with our family, and it was easy to get down to the beach and the pool. We also loved that a grocery store was very close (less than 5 min away). It took a very long time to get a response on VRBO to a question prior to the trip, but Vacasa communicated with us several times by text and phone while we were there and seemed very helpful once we arrived (it seems that they had tried to improve communication). My only complaint is that the WiFi username we were given by email on the day of our check in was incorrect. The correct Wi-Fi username and password were written on a small scrap of notebook paper on a side table to the right of the living room TV. I’m glad we noticed this! Overall, we loved our experience and would return.

We tried to communicate through the VRBO ap with questions prior to the trip, no response until the 4th one. The unit was dirty. Beans left in sink, food residue still on the stove and in the microwave. Wet towels were left in the washing machine Worst experience we have had renting condos at the beach, and we go twice a year. Will not use VACASA again
Great Property, Disappointing Rental Management Co.
The property itself was amazing. The corner unit on the third floor had a great view, and was easily accessible via stairs right outside the door or an elevator close by. The property had plenty of glassware, flatware, utensils, cooking ware, and bath towels. There was both a single-cup coffee maker as well as a drip coffee maker. The ice did get stuck in the refrigerator door, but not a big deal.
Overall, the unit was fantastic. The issue was the rental management (RM) company. Unfortunately, the cell service in the unit was not good so we needed to use the wifi for online schooling and work. The unit does have a wifi router, but the information the RM provided was inaccurate. We tried contacting the RM via phone over several days during the stay. Each time, a message announced that the wait time will be long and to try texting. We waited for an hour, three times, before hanging up because we were losing valuable time. We did try texting as the message suggested (on day 2 of a 4 day stay) but never heard back. Thank goodness the issue wasn't a huge deal otherwise it could have been bad. The RM also does not provide more than 1 trash bag OR dish soap and dish brush to clean the dishes, just be prepared to bring/buy them. This is the first time we have experienced this. In all, we were sorely disappointed in the RM's service. The only exception is that the instructions for checking in were very clear.
I do want to emphasize that the PROPERTY is GREAT, but we really could have used some better communication with the Rental Manager.
