JULY 4TH, 250TH US ANNIVERSARY. THE FIREWORKS WILL BE UNBELIEVABLE ON OUR BEACHES. BOOK NOW, THEY WILL ALL SELL OUT SOON. Stunning views and white sandy beaches. We are located in the middle tower of beach colony resort. The unit is a West End unit (sun set views- in season) on the 10th floor. This 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom 1750 sq. ft. condo sleeps 8 comfortably. Expansive 300sq ft+ balcony overlooking the emerald green waters of the Gulf of Mexico has 2 rocking chairs, 1 chaise lounger and a teak dining table for 6. New flooring, appliances, painted and updated. The resort has 3 pools (one heated indoor), hot tub, work out facility, tennis/ pickle ball courts, 3 outdoor grilling areas, green space, security, private beach, beach chair service and 2 boardwalks. Great family location near the state park, restaurants, shopping and the famous Blue Angels (Naval Air Station museum). We are the original owners and it is our home away from home. Unit Sleeps 8 (max. occupancy) comfortably. Beds: 1 King, 2 Full, 2 Twin. Beach service provides chairs, umbrellas, parasailing; banana boat rides; surfing; paddle boarding in season. Rental fee applies.

In order to limit non guest from using our beautiful, wonderfully located beach, a new guard station is on site at the main entrance. During peak season, security guards will be posted at both sides of our property line to ensure the beaches are used by owners and guest of beach colony only. Beach Colony has one of the most expansive beaches in the area, which is a real plus for guests and renters who want more space between neighbors.
Watch the Blue Angel Fly By's. The Naval Air Station and Museum is about a 10 minute drive, great for the entire family. GOLF nearby- Lost Key (a.k.a. Lost Ball) and Perdido Key Golf Club.
Unit has large capacity LG Washer and Dryer, full size appliances, coffee makers-2 (K-cup and drip), blender, toaster oven, microwave, rotisserie oven, electric skillet, crock pot, panini maker, fully stocked kitchen, coffee filters, dishwashing detergent, sugar.
There is a beach service which provides rental for beach chairs and umbrellas if you prefer not to bring your own. You will need to bring your own beach towels. (Chairs-Available during peak season, not the winter months)

Return all keys, parking passes and wristbands to foyer table.
Wash and replace all dishes and kitchenware to cabinets.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
* 8 PEOPLE MAX IN UNIT; NO PETS, NO SMOKING. NO RV's, Campers, Boats, Wave Runners or TRAILERS allowed in parking lot.
NO Luggage Carts in unit- ruins walls, carpet and furniture; No cleaning fish inside or on balcony.
NO Spraying sunscreen in condo, use outside and please don't sit on furniture with sunscreen or wet clothing.

Ocean views, indoor heated pool, tennis court, what else does one need for a spring break, seriously? And there is more. First of all, the apartment is huge, at 1700 sq ft, one can get lost in there. Secondly, the kitchen is the most stocked I have ever seen. Stacks and stacks of pots and pans, grills and blenders, slow cookers, coffee makers. They even have a Panini Press. I don't even have a Panini Press at home. And last but not least, Perdido Key is a sleep little town. No hotels, no tourists. Miles and miles of white sandy beach with hardly anyone around. If you want action, Orange Beach is 15 minutes drive away, but if you seek solitude where kids can play without bothering you, this is THE place.

This is a beautiful condo with nice furnishings. The beach is fine white sand -wonderful. We enjoyed our stay, but were disappointed at the lack of any pickleball anywhere. Thank you, host, for making it so nice!

The unit was wonderful. Clean, well furnished and decorated and stocked. We had a wonderful stay and love Perdido Key and the Beach Colony Resort. This unit was one of the nicest we have stayed at over the 10 plus times we have been in this resort.

Excellent Condo!

While we weren’t at the beach our favorite place was the huge beautiful balcony! We had meals and watched dolphins and even a shark swim by from the balcony!! Diana was very helpful if any issues came up and had excellent communication before, during and even after our stay. We can’t wait to go back!

Wish we could have stayed longer

My family has vacationed at this beach for many years and this has been one of the nicest rentals we’ve had! Plenty of space for everyone, great amenities and host communications. Will be back!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay for the week. The listing was spot on with the description with all of the extras most condos don’t have. Trust me, you’ll want to book this space asap if you’re looking. We will hopefully return to this same condo, as long as our family doesn’t keep growing at a rapid pace. We love the Beach and have been coming here for 20+ years. We don't get to come as much as we used to so we started renting the condo a few years ago. We keep it updated and fully stocked, its truly a home away from home and we love spending time there! We are from New Orleans LA.

Why they chose this property

Wonderful family beaches, beautiful views and great condo with modern floor plan. The water is emerald green and beach sandy soft white. You'll see dolphin, fish, birds, sting rays, we even saw manatee one year.

What makes this property unique

Balcony views and property amenities are the best. We are close to the State Park and to great restaurants and night life. There are cute little restaurants near by for walking to lunch or grabbing coffee. We particularly like the Islander Grill, within walking distance.
