The condo itself is outfitted with central air-conditioning, perfect for making plans. Cook up tasty beach snacks in the full kitchen while the beach towels go around in the private washer/dryer. You can enjoy access to a shared pool and fitness room during their stay, so fun is always close by.
Panama City Beach is right in the middle of many fun attractions, while still staying connected to the glorious ocean. Head six-and-a-half miles east and visit St. Andrews State Park, where guests can explore the pier and hop on a shuttle boat tour. Hop on a ferry to Shell Island- it’s only accessible by boat! Check out Pier Park, with a variety of shops and restaurants, just over five miles away. The Skywheel Panama City Beach offers great views of the Gulf. Families will love Shipwreck Island Waterpark (just under two miles from the condo) with its lazy river, water slides, and designated toddler area.

After making your reservation, you will receive an email a few days before your arrival date from GuestSVCS to register your vehicle. There is a maximum limit of two vehicles per reservation and the charge is $50.00 per vehicle registration.
While we provide an initial supply of toilet paper, paper towels, hand soap, and trash bags to get you through your first day, we do not replenish them. Please make sure to bring these additional items to get you through your vacation.
No smoking or vaping is permitted at the property (including on porches, decks, or other outdoor areas) at any time. Fines of $250.00 will be issued if this rule is not respected.
No pets are allowed at this vacation rental.
This rental is located on floor 5 above the parking garage.
The pool is heated from December 1 until March 1

Great location not far from activities and parks. Beautiful and maintained beach. Concerns addressed quickly by management. Only issue was one of the two elevators being down.
My husband and I enjoyed this vacating rental for 3 days. It was a perfect location on the beach. All the staff we encountered at the property were happy and friendly and made the experience all the better. The room itself had everything we needed and was just like the photos. Comfortable and clean. We would definitely book here again!
We enjoyed our stay . Condominium was clean, beautiful and just as described and show in pictures. Condominium owners don’t bother you with any text or emails as other condominium owner where we had stayed. Condominium elevator was down for a couple of hours but it was fixed fast enough to avoid canceling a day at the beach. We enjoyed our stay and looking forward to reserve again in the future.
Great location next to Pier Park with restaurants within walking distance. View was fantastic. Condo was spotlessly clean. The building is under renovation so there can be a huge wait for the elevator while the second elevator is being completed.
We had a wonderful time on our vacation and were very comfortable at Sterling Reef, unit 506. It was clean and spacious and the beds were very comfortable. The keypunch made access to everything very simple and the check in was as well. Bonus was having two chairs and a beach umbrella from beach service available for our use. Could probably use a new iron, other than that we have no complaints whatsoever and will definitely come and stay here again.
We were pleased with our accommodations. The check-in process was a breeze and so was checking out, we were even offered a longer check-out time, only thing was, we couldn't tell how much it cost before hand, we wanted to stay longer but without knowing how much, we just decided to check-out in the original time frame.
We will definitely stay with Sterling Reef again! They have security that pays good attention to who is coming & going and if you belong there, so we felt safe!!

Horrible service
The property manager and staff was awful. Only 1 elevator worked and you would have to wait 30 minutes at times. I have a dog that is Ada registered and had approval before for the dog to stay but when we arrived we was told no. Which cost $400 extra for my dog to stay at a kennel

We had a good stay here! The place was a good enough size for my husband and I, and my sister and brother-in-law. The place had awesome views, and was right in the middle of where everything is. The beach was not crowded whatsoever. I was worried about the elevators, but they weren’t as bad as what I have heard. It was a wait sometimes but nothing too awful. The only thing I will say is to make sure to get toilet paper on your grocery trip. There is one roll per bathroom, and you will run out before you know it. If you have an issue with anything I would try to contact customer service by phone - text does take quite a while to get a response. The only thing we needed to really contact them about was super noisy upstairs neighbors who were being really loud at night. Overall was a great stay and I’d stay again!

The worst experience! Vacasa would not post my comments. Virbo has always been wonderful, don't stay in a Vacasa property. Unclean, outdated, no customer service on the property, no local phone number to contact, smokers on patios making it impossible to sit outside, loud music all night. Pillows and mattresses old and worn out, furniture smelly, no admenities to speak of such as kleenex etc.. the smallest. 2 elevators requiring overload, unsafe and up to 2 hours waiting for one. Upon arrival, 4 pm office closed so no parking permit with security saying if no permit car will be towed. After spending an hour trying to contact a person associated with the condo/Vacasa we finally contacted a local Chamber of Commerce representative to help us so we could park our car in the garage for the night and unpack not fearing our car would be towed off. No other place to park. The entire stay was disaster and I cannot recommend this propety to anyone!!

Additionally, we are sorry that you felt a disconnect in service when communicating with our team and want to note that our contact information is provided in the check-in email that was sent to you and a link to our Trip Manager portal that contains pertinent information for your stay was also provided. To clarify, guests that arrive after the front desk has closed can find their packet with passes and armbands in their room. Our communication log indicates that if the info is not in the room, the guest can leave a note with the room number on the dashboard and security would be notified and we regret any inconvenience this caused your party. All of our properties are smoke-free and we are sorry that your stay was impacted by someone smoking on a balcony. Be assured, if we had known, our team could have reported it to security or contacted the HOA. Paper products like tissues are provided to get your stay off to a good start but might not last your entire stay. We regret any frustration this caused. We appreciate your feedback and have shared your comments with the appropriate parties. We hope to have the opportunity to better impress you in the future and provide an amazing vacation experience.
