Great family place

My family rented this condo for a week. The location was great. It was a short walk to the beach, which made it easy to setup everyday. The complex has multiple spray off areas coming from the beach. The condo itself was perfect for 5 people. Plenty of room. Being on the second floor was very convenient because the elevator can get backed up. We had a great time! I would definitely stay again.

Wonderful condo in a great location!

This condo was exactly as described, and perfect for our family of four! We had a minor issue with the A/C unit freezing up, but maintenance resolved the issue very quickly. We hope to stay at this property on future trips to PCB!

We really enjoyed our stay. The only bummer was the elevator was broken the entire week we were there. Stairs were a little difficult with a 5 year old. Other than that, it was great!

First time at this condo, but hopefully not the last!

This is a wonderful property. The Condo was clean, cute beachy decorated, description was spot on, pics were accurate!! Pools are very nice. Ocean front view! Beach chairs included was great!! Location on East end of PCB is great! Upon arrival, air was set on 72 but was 77. We gave it a day & it never cooled off, so called the main # given at reservation & they sent an air guy within 1 hr.. Fixed!!!!! We were Blessed with perfect weather, .. I highly recommend !!

Washing machine finally died . Found slice of pizza under couch. One kitchen chair was in the closet broken in pieces when we arrived. Toilet wouldn’t flush very well. Front door hitting frame , had to slam it closed. Now I wasn’t going to say anything but you asked

Summerhouse Condo Stay

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our unit was number 202A but it was really on the 3rd floor as the first floor is office/admin area. The condo wasn't ready at 4pm (check in time) we got the condo at 5:10pm which made for a long day - I think check in time for the amount you pay in peak season is a bit late. Check out was 9am, also a little early. The condo itself was cute and colorful - very beachy atmosphere. The queen bed (in the master) was very comfortable. There were only 2 in our party. I highly suggest travelers bring toilet paper, paper towels, bath soap, dish soap, and laundry detergent and countertop cleaner as very little is provided, if any. The TV in the living room was okay but the two bedroom TV's wouldn't work. Maybe we just didn't know how to use the Roku because it was all Roku and apps - no local news or anything. The condo complex is great with great pools, great beach area and some entertainment through the week. The location is exceptional. We would definitely stay here again.

Review of Emerald Coast destinations Summerhouse 202A, PCB

We have stayed multiple years in the Summerhouse. We love its location, its pools and its layout. This condo was so cute & colorful with its beach decorations. However it had multiple problems. To begin with, the elevator was not working for the majority of our stay. This meant that upon arrival we had no way to get ourselves, our luggage or supplies up to the condo except by 3 flights of stairs (condo is on second floor, but there is a ground floor). Other problems were: the tub did not drain well; one commode was continually slow to flush; there was a leak under the kitchen sink; there were open electrical outlets in the bedroom; the sliding glass door to the porch was not working properly & almost impossible to open; the linens were of the cheapest quality, pillowcases were not provided for all the pillows; no hand towels & only one dish cloth/towel were provided; the kitchen was well stocked in some items such as plates, glassware, pots & pans, but other items were lacking - there were only five forks, one teaspoon, & four tablespoons (for a condo which sleeps 6!!). Emerald Coast Destinations, the VRBO host for this condo was absolutely the WORST; I will NEVER rent from them again. Their customer support agent was rude, offensive and grossly unhelpful. The only redeeming Emerald Coast employees were Dalton, the very nice & pleasant maintenance man who came & carried all our luggage up (but he was dispatched only after we started talking about the ADA) & the cleaners

Beach Vacation

The location was amazing! View was beautiful! Kitchen sink leaked and closet door was off the hinges when we arrived but maintenance came up to fix within 2 hours of me notifying them of the issues! Room set up was nice but definitely could use a deep clean!! I would come back to this condo building for sure!!
