High Pointe 2321 You can enjoy stunning views of the Gulf of Mexico right from the living room couch when you book this gorgeous High Pointe villa. Pickleball courts and tennis courts are both on-site - a coveted and rare amenity in the area!



This coastal retreat has been recently updated with all-new mattresses and a living room couch. The kitchen is equipped with all the appliances and amenities you could want to create something wonderful for your guests. Serve them up some freshly caught seafood at the large dining table or out on the spacious balcony. Throw in a DVD to enjoy a romantic movie or watch your favorite shows with someone you love on any of your vacation home's TVs, all of which have streaming capabilities. Then, head down to the beach for a long evening walk along the shoreline.



Visit Deer Lake State Park, only three and a half miles away, for rare birds and other wildlife, plus lots of fantastic canoeing and kayaking. Grayton Beach State Park is part of the Great Florida Birding Trail and less than 10 miles away for awesome hiking and lake swimming at a coastal dune lake. After drying off, grab a beer at Grayton Brew Pub right next door. Visit Seaside, just eight miles away, to see where the Truman Show was filmed.

High Pointe's the BEST

We've been coming to High Pointe for 20 years. Love this property and Crabby Steve's. This condo is fabulous! Love the layout and the 4 king size beds!

Great place to stay!

The condo in High Pointe was a great place for our family! It was clean, lots of natural light and was exactly as advertised. The location next to Rosemary beach and all of its activities was perfect for our little ones, and the pool/beach didn't disappoint! My only suggestion would be to stock a few "kid friendly" items like plastic cups instead of glass. We loved our time here and will be back!

Wonderful location and property. Loved Crabby Steve's! Pool and beach amazing. Only negatives were condo furniture in main living room, which was uncomfortable and not conducive to family time in evenings and lack of some basic essentials such as salt/pepper spices, coffee, extra soaps, shampoo etc. Sparsely equipped compared to other properties we've rented but still nice overall.

Found out dishwasher did not work and one tv. Property manager was not helpful when contacted. Property itself was lovely. Loved the porch and furnishings. Lovely updates also!

This unit was not clean and had roaches. We called the booking company and they sent out exterminators the day after we called. They should have sent someone immediately and we were not happy about this as we stayed with a 6 year old and 18 month old. We've stayed at this resort for 6 years straight but not this unit and will never stay at this unit again. The roaches never went away the entire stay. Not much sleep and relaxation was had in the unit.
