Great place

Great place. Had a few days without hot water, but it's a one time fix and maintenance was there within a few hours to temporarily fix. Pool was great! Kids had a blast!

Great time at Waterscape

We had a great time staying at Waterscape. This was our second time staying there. We stayed in A210 and enjoyed the balcony overlooking the pool and access to the pool was right out our door and down stairs to lower deck and right down the hall to access the upper deck. Everything was as expected and look forward to staying again.

Needs updating

We have stayed several times at the Waterscape and love it. Unfortunately this property needs some updating. While there the microwave stopped working the second day, the AC didn’t work until the second evening when maintenance came fix it, the curtain rod for bunk room never worked and they were unable to provide a new one, a couple dresser doors need to be fixed, and the second bedroom closest door needs fixing. For the money spent we feel these condos should be kept updated. We will be back, but not in same condo

Checked in. No nothing. Realize this is a condo but usually there is garbage bags, dishwashing detergent, coffe filters maybe. We had to purchase everything. Sofa bed mattress cover filthy. Had to wash before using. Trash behind night stand. No pillow cases for extra pillows. No blankets

We love Waterscape!

We are frequent guests at Waterscape and have been for decades. We never had this problem before but we were locked in our room for a few hours. Our code given only worked to enter the room upon check in. We were thankful our daughter stayed behind for a second because we would have all been locked out of our room and would not have been able to get to our phones or personal items. I contacted the help number and we tried six different codes and nothing worked. I had to wait for another hour for someone to come and give a new code and make sure that code worked. This whole issue took a while, but it was right after 5pm. We are very aware of staff leaving at 5 and we were checked in before 5. This happened very immediately after we checked in at 4. Also we were told we could not shower because the bathroom had just been caulked. I wish we would have known that before arriving. No biggie in the end. The trip was nice and we are planning another for Father's Day and my daughter's birthday in the same weekend. We love Waterscape.
