The Space:

This lovely condo has a wonderful view of Waterscape's tropical garden and oasis and a partial view of the Gulf of Mexico. The living room opens up to a spacious balcony with outdoor seating. Waterscape's B522 is beautifully highlighted with warm hues of coral and green for a perfect beach getaway. The kitchen is well appointed with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and beautifully tiled floors. All dishes, cooking utensils, and bakeware are provided to complete and serve meals. There is a large table with seating for four people in the dining area. This condo offers a full bath with a stand-up shower and a washer/dryer off of the kitchen. The open living room houses a sofa, a TV, and a DVD player.



Things to Know

Beach service includes two chairs and an umbrella from March to October.





All registered guests staying at Waterscape will be required to wear the

RFID wristbands provided. These wristbands are mandatory

for access to all Waterscape amenities.

Please note:

● Wristbands must be worn at all times when using the amenities.

● Guests without wristbands will not be permitted access.

● Wristbands are provided only for the number of registered guests

and cannot exceed the unit’s maximum occupancy, all occupants

count toward max occupancy regardless of age

● Guests must provide the exact number of occupants in order to

receive the correct amount of wristbands for their stay

● A $50 non-refundable fee per wristband will be charged if any are

lost or not returned at checkout.

● Children 5 and under are not required to wear the wristbands

● Wristbands are not required for beach access

Family Getaway

We booked this room last minute after my wife and son’s spring break got extended. Everything went very smoothly during our stay. Check-in was easy and communication with Vacasa was great. Our son loved having multiple pools and the kiddie area to play in. We will definitely consider Vacasa and Waterscape in the future!

We had a wonderful stay Family of 4 and made memories to last a lifetime. We have stayed at 3 condos here and this one is oh so quaint and adorable. Great view and location. Love the Caribbean posh furniture and decor...fits the vibe perfectly! Also oh so clean which we appreciate. Thank you!

We loved the set up of this room. My husband and I had our own bedroom and bathroom, and our 2 children had bunk beds and a bathroom. Small kitchen, but plenty of room for us. Large balcony. We could see the beach from the balcony. Waterscape is wonderful! Plenty of pools to swim in if red flags are flying. Clean room and accurate description. Great location. We will return!!

We always have a good time at waterscape

We really enjoy the family atmosphere for our son. We feel very safe in the facility and it is easy to keep an eye on him. He always finds a friend to play with. Only thing I would like to see is security presentation around the pool in the late evening time. I find the older kids tend to like to come out and sit around the hot tub unsupervised. Normally this wouldn't bother me but this particular time there was alcohol involved and I do believe they were under age.
