The Space:

This home has a wonderful view of Waterscape's tropical garden and oasis and a partial view of the Gulf of Mexico. The living room opens up to a large balcony with outdoor seating. Unit B326 is decorated in tropical tones of blue, green, and yellow with wonderful artwork throughout. The condo's kitchen is well-appointed with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and beautifully tiled floors. All dishes, cooking utensils, and bakeware are provided to complete and serve meals. The unit has a round table in the dining area with seating for guests. This lovely home offers a full bath with a stand-up shower and a washer/dryer off of the kitchen. The open living room houses a queen sofa bed, TV, and DVD player. The primary bedroom features a bed, private bath, TV mounted on the wall, DVD player, and spacious closet.

All guests regardless of age are to be considered for Occupancy count in Fort Walton Beach, FL



All registered guests staying at Waterscape will be required to wear the

RFID wristbands provided. These wristbands are mandatory

for access to all Waterscape amenities.

Please note:

● Wristbands must be worn at all times when using the amenities.

● Guests without wristbands will not be permitted access.

● Wristbands are provided only for the number of registered guests

and cannot exceed the unit’s maximum occupancy, all occupants

count toward max occupancy regardless of age

● Guests must provide the exact number of occupants in order to

receive the correct amount of wristbands for their stay

● A $50 non-refundable fee per wristband will be charged if any are

lost or not returned at checkout.

● Children 5 and under are not required to wear the wristbands

● Wristbands are not required for beach access

Perfect for the kids!

This was the perfect resort for the kids! We hardly left the resort and ate at the tiki bar or went across the street to eat. The staff are friendly, the check in process was super easy, the property was very clean and I love that they had activities for the kids. We will definitely be going back.

My 5 year old loved all the pools and the splash pad. The location is quite convenient— Very short walk down to the beach And close to restaurants. We plan to stay here again.

Waterscape is my first choice in FWB

Location is perfect, parking garage makes it easy to park near your rented condo, very clean inside and out, great amenities. A few good restaurants within walking distance. We love this place.

Great Location

The beach was amazing!! They do not supply any blankets any laundry soap or very many pillows and one toilet paper roll for each bathroom you will need to bring it all yourself or go without air by it when you get there! The location was perfect it was right by the ocean and a lot of other great places to visit!

Easy walk to the beach. Beach service of chairs and umbrella was super. Pools lovely, nice terrace. Easy parking, lots of shopping nearby. Everything you need in the kitchen. No hair dryer and living room furniture a bit dated.

My family and I enjoyed our stay. Beautiful place, check in was easy, children loved the pools at the resort. The view from balcony isn't the greatest. Could barely see the ocean. Other than that, we loved it! Thank you!

Waterscape Stay

Great place to stay but sad we had to turn family away because they couldn't hang in the pool with us for a few hours. Guess they don't like our money. Bed was hard and water leaking out of both exhaust fans in the bathrooms was annoying.

Anniversary trip

The property was in a very good location. It was clean, but could have used some dusting. The shower in the bedroom was initially extremely hard to turn on, but that loosened. It would also trickle after turning it off. The TVs were a pain and only worked one day and that was after the manager spent 30+ minutes trying to get them to work. We really enjoyed the stay and proximity to the beach. We would stay again for sure.

Great First Family Trip

This resort is awesome for families with young children! The variety of pools are so much fun! The walk to the beach was not bad at all BUT bringing a wagon made it even easier. The room was a nice size for the 3 of us. We did have to childproof a few things. It had basic furnishings, but had most of what we needed. Do bring plastic ware for small kids. The decor was a little more outdated than other units, but again overall it was a great place for a great price. Thank you!
