The Space:

Waterscape's A629. This wonderful unit stylishly decorated and offers many amenities. The artwork and furnishings have been hand picked with the beach in mind. The open floor plan of this home allows every room to lead onto a spacious balcony with outdoor seating. The condo 's kitchen is well appointed with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and beautifully tiled floors. All dishes, cooking utensils, and bake ware are provided to complete and serve meals. The dining area has a large table. This beautiful home offers a twin bunk area for extra accommodations. The open living room houses a TV and DVD player. There is a half bath located off of the main hallway near the bunk room. The primary bedroom features a king bed, private bath with stand up shower and garden tub, TV, and DVD player. The second bedroom includes a king bed, private bath with stand up shower and garden tub, TV, and DVD player. There is a stackable washer/ dryer included in the home for your convenience.

Beach service is included from March to October.

All guests regardless of age are to be considered for Occupancy count in Fort Walton Beach, FL



All registered guests staying at Waterscape will be required to wear the

RFID wristbands provided. These wristbands are mandatory

for access to all Waterscape amenities.

Please note:

● Wristbands must be worn at all times when using the amenities.

● Guests without wristbands will not be permitted access.

● Wristbands are provided only for the number of registered guests

and cannot exceed the unit’s maximum occupancy, all occupants

count toward max occupancy regardless of age

● Guests must provide the exact number of occupants in order to

receive the correct amount of wristbands for their stay

● A $50 non-refundable fee per wristband will be charged if any are

lost or not returned at checkout.

● Children 5 and under are not required to wear the wristbands

● Wristbands are not required for beach access

Wonderful Trip

We loved staying in this condo at Waterscape. The layout and size was perfect for us. Our son loved the pools and its not too far of a walk to the beach. The only thing i would suggest is better mattresses. But even with that we would definitely stay in this condo again.

Loved the view of the bay and the gulf out our patio. Also on Wednesday night we got to see fireworks right out our patio on the pier. My only recommendation would be to get a good non stick pan.

Great place for family with young kids

The condo was plenty big for our family of 4. Nice and clean. The group of pools is pretty cool. This resort is really for a family with children. and if you don't mind crowds. The pool area as well as the beach was too crowded for our taste. But the unit itself was a great place to stay.

I would highly recommend this resort, the staff are amazing, the housing was comfortable and quiet. Best of all, these units come with every thing you need. The units are very modern and clean. My family and I were in no rush to leave. You'll enjoy your stay, again, the manager and her staff "Ashley" were very nice. Their communication is proactive, accurate, and on point. 👍

We loved this unit!

We have stayed at water-escape multiple times and the beds have been uncomfortable but this unit everything was clean and the beds are comfy. It was a longer walk from the beach then we would have liked but it was well worth it as everything was clean and kept...it’s close to the parking garage, elevators, and trash chutes big plus for us with multiple kiddos!

Perfect Getaway

Waterscape was a beautiful condo. You could see the ocean right from the balcony. The decorations were charming. We couldnt get 1 of the tvs to work, but it was probably user error. They had dvds to rent and gave us 10 free ones. My son loved renting a movie in the evenings. Its really close to the aquarium and wild willys adventure park, both i highly recommend. Overall it was just a great stay!

Excellent beach getaway

The location of this property was perfect. We were in walking distance to several restaurants and activities and a short walk down to the beach and pools. The beach service was perfect! We didn’t utilize the pools or lazy river since we had perfect beach weather all week. When walking by the pools they looked a little crowded, but they would be perfect for families with young children. Our unit was clean, well furnished and the beds were very comfortable. My only complaint is that the dryer in the unit had a squeal when running, we solved the problem by starting it when we left for the day! While you don’t get a full ocean view from the balcony, you do get a perfect view of the summer fireworks from the pier! We would definitely stay here again!

The condo was clean. It has very nice view despite not facing the beach. My children enjoyed watching boats on the bay, airplanes, and cars driving down the street from the balcony. Kitchen was well equipped, except that it didn't have any skillet for me to make pancakes (my kids love pancakes), so bring your own skillet if you need one. In the middle of our stay, the bed frame broke but it was fixed right away. I also liked the fact that the condo located near the elevator, which was very convenient for us with 4 young children. I definitely recommend this condo to friends and family.
