The beautiful new Kaiserblick holiday apartment awaits you with a picturesque mountain view<br>of the Alps, in a prime location in beautiful Bavaria. It’s in a very quiet area, yet only a few<br>kilometres from the idyllic town of Rosenheim. The spacious rooftop terrace, measuring approximately 30 square metres <br>, features a large umbrella and a gas grill. The 85-square-meter apartment consists of 2 bedrooms, each with a chest of drawers and very spacious<br>closets. The double beds are equipped with high-quality, comfortable mattresses. One of the two bedrooms also features a comfortable couch. Both bedrooms have a flat-screen TV.<br>The fully furnished, spacious kitchen-living room, with a cosy corner bench, includes a 60-cm dishwasher, oven, microwave, spacious fridge-freezer combo, as well as a toaster, electric kettle, and a Delonghi fully automatic coffee machine.<br>The bright bathroom with a large skylight is equipped with a bathtub featuring an integrated<br>shower stall, a washing machine, and a hair dryer. A locked garage is available for storing bicycles:<br>.<br>LOCATION<br>The holiday home is located in the Schlossberg district of the municipality of Stephanskirchen, which has approximately 10,000 residents.<br>In the immediate vicinity—about a 5-minute walk—you’ll find, among other things,<br>an ice cream shop, 2 butcher shops, 3 bakeries, 2 pharmacies, and a supermarket.<br>You can reach Rosenheim, with a population of approximately 64,000, on foot or by bike along the Inn River embankment.<br> The city centre is just under 3 km away. Rosenheim offers a<br>very large number of parking options and can be reached quickly without traffic jams. The nearest swimming lake, Simssee, is about 7 km away; Chiemsee, with Herrenchiemsee Castle, is about 23 km away.<br>In case of bad weather, a trip to the Prienavera and Badria water parks,<br>about 20 km away, is recommended. <br>Hikers and skiers will find plenty to enjoy in the nearby mountains, such as Heuberg, Kranzhorn, and Wendelstein.<br>Stephanskirchen is located in the centre of the Inn Valley Triangle, which connects the beautiful cities of<br>Munich (approx. 60 km), Salzburg (approx. 70 km), and Innsbruck (approx. 80 km). <br>The Wieskirche, built in the Rococo style between 1745 and 1754 and designated a World Heritage Site, as well as the magnificent fairytale castle Neuschwanstein, built by Bavarian King Ludwig II, and Bavaria’s largest amusement park, the Skyline Park in the Allgäu region, are all just between 120 and 150 km away.
