The house was as clean as my own. The Host responded quickly to any questions. The beach is only a block away. You can see it from the balcony. The home is dog friendly. It was perfect for what we were looking for. We had a great table to play cards. The back porch was nice and breezy. We grilled the fish that was caught that morning on a deep sea fishing expedition. We found the back steps were easier to navigate for daily use. The price was very reasonable. My only suggestion is for future renters. Bring all seasoning for food, including salt and pepper. Oil, coffee, filters, etc. Pots, pans, plates and utensils are plentiful. There was only one dish towel. I’ll bring a few the next time I go. I’ll also bring a few bath cloths/towels, toilet paper and paper towels. There was some provided, I just needed more. These are just my suggestions, not complaints. There’s a washer and dryer with 2 cleaning pods provided. Same with dishwasher. We really enjoyed it and will be back.
