Location, location We are a 3 generation family trip Adults loved coffee on the wonderful front porch, well everyone loved the porch The walk to the beach is so close, 3 year old and 18 month old did it no problemHouse is stocked with anything you can think of , it’s there Kids also loved the garage under the house , when it rained they played there while the outdoor grill was on Downstairs room had all the equipment you could think of for a day at the beachChairs,umbrella , buckets,spades All of this and a wonderful beach buggy to tote it in Unfortunately we had to cut our vacation short due to hurricane Host was amazing. Called to ensure we were watching the weather ,suggested we get gas and water before evacuation was in place Called the next day to ensure we made it home safe Already planning next years visit We loved it

This was our second time staying, and we enjoyed it just as much as the first time! Clay is a wonderful host, and he is very responsive to messages , and he is very accommodating. The home is close to the beach and on a very peaceful street. The beach wagon is a lifesaver! We will stay again!

The house was perfect for all six adults in our group! We had plenty of room to spread out on the large sectional and the dining room table fit all six of us for our meals. The kitchen was fully-stocked with all of the tools we needed to cook all of our meals. The house was in pristine condition when we arrived and the owner was extremely responsive whenever I had a question. The views from both decks was beautiful. Lots of beach chairs and umbrellas to use and the beach cart was a game changer. Other beachgoers were jealous, lol. We have already booked for next summer!

The place was amazing!!. Extremely clean with everything you need to cook as well as everything you need for a great day at the beach. Which was just a short walk away. The host was always avaliable when you needed something. We can't wait to come back.

Ample space and clean. Well stocked kitchen. Split bedroom floor plan was great. View of the ocean from the front porch which is shaded from morning into early afternoon. Short walk to beach.
