1. Check-in was at 4:00 and we were not able to get into the room until after 7:00. We were not sent an access code to get into our room. I contacted the host and I was given the wrong code. When I called back I was on the phone on hold for over an hour trying to get an access code. The kind man on the phone said they finally got in touch with the general manager of the company who finally gave us the correct access code. 2. When my 10 month old began crawling around on the floor after being in the car for over 7 hours, I quickly realized I couldn’t do that because his legs and feet immediately had dirt all over him because the floors were so dirty. 3. My 4 year old was terrified to take a shower in the main bathroom because the water pressure was so hard it was hurting him. It was not pleasant with a sunburn either. 4. The toilet in the smaller bathroom rocks back and forth. 5. In our 5 day stay the elevator broke 4 times and we had to walk 8 flights of stairs with 2 small children. 6. The smaller bedroom bed was so uncomfortable my in-laws decided to sleep on the pull out couch hoping it would be better. The springs in the pull out couch were unbearable to sleep on. The view was great from the balcony. It was convenient to get out and go other places and we never had an issue finding a parking place at the condo. The pool is heated so that was nice too.I don’t complain often and I hardly ever leave reviews but I feel too many things went wrong to not speak up.

Loved the location, the closet I've ever been to the beach, beautiful views, only problems were, had trouble with tvs, called, said they were really busy and would be there as soon as possible, never came, the second bedroom really needs curtains

It was fine after we finally got in the right building and searched and found our rooms.
We loved this Condo. A few suggestions, there is only one light blanket in living area and the comforters on each bed are super thin. I would advise future guests to bring a couple of blankets. There were not extras in any closets. Sofa sleeper is not very comfortable. Would bring a mattress topper. Our son just slept on couch and that worked out. Bedroom mattresses were very comfortable! Washer and dryer come in very handy. Access to beach is so convenient. We would love to come back in the future!!

The air was out 3 days off and on. My phone got hacked thru wifi. The elevator didn't work 3days had to haul groceries up 8 flights of stairs.

Enjoyed the view from the balcony
Because we visited on the Fourth of July, the rates were exceptionally high. All of the beach is high for holidays, but was just expecting a little bit more for the price. The unit was clean, but the flooring is definitely very dated. It was probably just mopped before we got there because it was still damp and slick. Pots and pans should be replaced. Beds were comfortable. I would probably not rent another unit managed by Vacasa. There was no way to communicate with the owners. All in all, we made it a great time at the beach. Thanks
When you first walk it in looks amazing just like the pictures it wasn’t until we started settling in we realized it wasn’t as clean as it appeared. First when we got ready to eat literally every dish we pulled out had chunks of food stuck to them so I had to go through and rehash everything I planned on using for the week. Then we noticed the stickiness of the floor and all of our feet where black from the floor being so dirty mind you it didn’t look dirty first appearance, then we pulled out the couch bed and that’s when we seen old sheets where left on the bed they had dirt on them and what looked like blood stains on them… they did leave a bag of clean sheet in a bag so I just changed it out I did try to reach out and let the property know… and was just asked if it was still a current problem of course it wasn’t because I cleaned it lol they offered to send someone out when we aren’t in the condo to clean which I refused because I had already done that and it should have been something done before hand… we wherent offered any accommodations other then that. But that stuff aside the property itself is beautiful and the view was amazing. It’s a great place to go I would just suggest maybe being alittle more prepared with your own cleaning stuff then I was and bring your own sheets because even the clean sheets had big holes in them that I pulled out of the bag. They where clean just had holes it did make me question if the other two beds sheets where clean lol they appeared like there where. But if the cleaning had been better I would definitely give it a 5. Also maybe I just lucked out and got a fluk room it’s possible they are normally better at cleaning I don’t know this was my first stay and just giving my experience and suggestions to be prepared so you can make sure you are comfortable.
