Phoenix Gulf Shores is a family-friendly beachfront resort that is within walking distance of fine-dining, shopping and concert/festival venues. We are just about to leave this amazing condo and we will definitely be back!! It was a PERFECT VACATION for our family of 8!! Y’all thought of EVERYTHING!! It was immaculate & the decor second to none. So spacious and so much room for everyone. Beds were comfy and everything we could ever want in a condo. We’ve been booking condos almost every year for the past 23 years and THIS was our favorite!!! Our kids and their spouses and our grand baby loved everything about this trip. Thank you so very much for an incredible experience!! Blessings to you and your family!!

Just want long enough lol

It was the most beautiful condo ever !! So very spacious ! The only two things I wish they had was more blankets and maybe extra pillow cases for the extra pillows they had . The dryer also had to be run twice to dry a load . However with that being said the resort and all the amenities it offered made those issues really not even that important! I can’t wait to go back . I hope to always get this condo it’s perfect !

Family/friend fall break

The condo itself was nice. Plenty of room and great location. Our dryer didn’t work, so we never had dry towels after the first trip to the beach. The cleaning company left trash and other things throughout the condo. Shavers in the showers and the plug to the dryer laying on top of it with the breaker tripped. Overall, the condo was nice, but wouldn’t try again due to the lack of cleanliness.

While we regret any inconvenience with the dryer, we're glad our maintenance technician was able to get it inspected quickly and found it to be operating safely and at the proper temperatures. We're very sorry for any housekeeping deficiencies and wish you had given us a shout when you arrived-we'd have been happy to send housekeeping over right away to ensure everything was in tip top shape! Despite these minor bumps, it sounds like you and your family had an amazing time and we can't wait to welcome you back for another beach getaway!
