This charming retreat is located in a gated, east-end Gulf-front complex with access to two outdoor pools, gazebos, and a boardwalk to the beach. In addition, you will enjoy a prime location steps from the beach and great attractions, including Audubon Bird Sanctuary, Indian Shell Mound Park, Alabama Deep Sea Fishing Rodeo Site, Alabama Aquarium At The Dauphin Island Sea Lab, Dauphin Island Beach, Pelican Cove, and more!



When you're not building sandcastles or lounging on the shore just steps away, this two-story condo offers beautiful views from the two balconies of the community pool and island dunes. Spread out comfortably in the inviting living area, furnished with a cozy sofa and a smart TV with streaming and cable services. Prepare savory treats and homemade meals for the group in the well-appointed kitchen, which is equipped with all the essentials. There is one bedroom on the main floor and two bedrooms upstairs, with each bedroom having its own bathroom. The primary bedroom has its own bath with a garden tub and a separate shower.

Overall we had a wonderful time.. there were just a few things in the condo its self. In the bathroom in the master bath, the door to the shower was loose and needed push the hinge back in the right place to get the door to close properly, and in the other bathroom the shower was also messed up. And then in the room down stairs a lot of the panels from the sliding glass door window covering, were down on the floor. Other wise everything else was in wonderful condition and well worth the stay.

Great property location with 2 clean pools to use and short walk to the beach. The A/C is cold and the WiFi was strong (not the one listed on the fridge, there’s one named “unit 6f” that we had to get the password for from our host contact). We also had to contact the host for a gate code when we arrived. That needs to be sent along with the door code before arrival. Lots of little things in the house that need cleaning, fixing, and updating to make it a stress free and clean stay (old stained and torn bedding, old pillows, old blinds falling down, tv missing from main floor bedroom, random kitchenware and small appliances not cleaned well, MOLD on the kitchen cabinets above the microwave, ice dispenser doesnt work, LOTS of random junk in the closets and no hangers making the closets unusable, not enough bath towels for 8 guests, no furniture on upper deck, no beach towels, the door lock code is nearly impossible to input on the first try, and even multiple tries, main entry door jam has a nail poking out, master shower door is falling out of the wall, and decoration on main floor bathroom has a dangerous sharp screw poking out).
