This place is HUGE with 5000 sqft, 7 bedrooms, 11 real beds (3 king and 8 queens), 3 bathrooms, with private parking lot that has 5+ parking spaces for this condo, perfect place to hold a family gathering but NO PARTY since there's a condo below you, no smoking inside and no pets. This condo is 2 blocks from the FedEx Forum.

Please note: this is not a new place and it’s not luxury at all. Its shabby-chic so don’t expect brand new... It’s very big and fun though.

This place is so fun for kids and adults with the ping pong table, shuffleboard table, game room with cards and poker chips, and a few board games.

There are 3 full bathrooms, 3 with showers, but no tub.

This property has a gated and private parking lot that holds over 12 cars, which is shared with the upstairs.

You can walk down to Beale Street and it's only 2 blocks away, you will be right in the middle of the fun part of Beale.

I have no doubt you will love this place.
