This terraced house in Arrecife, a port city on the east coast of sunny Lanzarote, is surrounded by shops, art, and entertainment.
Located 150 meters from CIC El Almacén by artist César Manrique and 200 meters from the sea and the fabulous El Reducto beach, perfect for all kinds of water sports, especially sailing. Also nearby: Avenida Marítima, Calle Real (shopping and banking area), the famous Charco de San Ginés, Puente de las Bolas, the San Gabriel and San José castles, and La Marina marina, which welcomes megayachts.
The property offers free bicycle parking.
