Experience Lanzarote at its best in our luxurious villa in Playa Blanca. With two bedrooms and two separate bathrooms on two levels, this holiday home offers enough space for up to 4 people on approx. 90m² of living space. The villa is located in a privileged position in a residential area on a corner plot. If you are looking for peace and relaxation, Villa Solsidan is the perfect holiday destination.

Spread over two floors, there is a bright living room with dining area, a fully equipped kitchen and a terrace with breathtaking sea views, just a 15-minute walk from the Marina Rubicón marina with shops, bars and upmarket restaurants.

In the outdoor area of the villa there is another outdoor dining area with a built-in barbecue. The lounge area and the combination of whirlpool and swimming pool leave nothing to be desired.

All rooms are equipped with shutters and are optimally tempered by air conditioning and heating.

Price information & booking conditions

- Minimum rental period 5 nights
- Pool can be heated and can be optionally booked for a fee. The temperature of the heated pool is 28-29ºC and we ask guests to book this in advance.
- There is a small symbolic charge for the use of air conditioning, which can be paid directly at the property via a coin-operated machine. The costs are very low if used consciously.

Always a pleasure to stay at Villa Solsidan! This was our 5th stay and have booked again for next year. Great location for us with a nice walk to the marina for evening meal, takes about 15 minutes. Supermarket 10 minutes walk. Hot tub is always a treat at night. Always clean and well maintained

Lovely villa in good location

The villa was accurately described and we found it too be excellent. Set in a quiet complex and as a corner plot it was very private. The pool and hot tub were wonderful. The villa has a homely feel to it. Located near all the amenities, we hired a car and everywhere we visited had free parking. Highly recommend.

Fantastic Villa

We had a fabulous short break and the villa exceeded our expectations. From initial instructions to how well equipped the villa was to the little treats left for us on our arrival. The pool was a lovely temperature and clean and all the furniture was excellent quality. Wouldn’t hesitate to stay again. Thanks!

Luxuriouse Villa

We had a great stay at this lovely villa. All the booking and check-in was very efficient. Once we arrived Tina was very helpful and made us very welcome. The Villa was clean, modern and comfortable with a lovely pool and hot tub. It was a 20 minutes walk down to the marina with some very nice restaurants and shops ( 4 Euro taxi back in the evening). Definitely recommend

Sunshine break!

Fabulous villa- very clean and well equipped with everything you could possibly need. Pool area is very private and not overlooked. We were very comfortable inside and outside. It’s about 20 minutes walk to restaurants at the marina- fine for us, but may be too far for some. We went hiking each day so the position at the edge of town suited us well. Recommended!!!

Fabulous

We stayed for one week at this villa. We absolutely loved it. Spotlessly clean. The best equipped kitchen I’ve ever seen in a rental property. It was so good to have sharp knives, something that very rarely happens when you rent. It felt like a real home from home. Hot tub was a brilliant way to end each day. The pool was great and the pool cleaner, Carl, and his dog ,Jack, we’re so lovely (especially Jack! Sorry Carl!) Great location for us as we like a walk down to the Marina for dinner - takes about 20 minutes. Supermarket about 10 minutes walk. Also easy walking distance to Las Coloradas and the shops/ restaurants there. Highly recommend Carpe Diem. Their tapas is delicious and Xavier is a very welcoming host. Other favourites which are at the Marina - Arabellas, Liken, La Cubierta (chorizó a la cidre. Wow!) Hired a car for last day as we had an early check out, late flight (cheaper than a taxi to the airport) took a trip to Puerto Calero, lunch at the Harbour Club was excellent. This is our 7th time in Playa Blanca and we love it. Would highly recommend this villa. We will definitely come back again if we can get the dates we want.

Perfekter Urlaub

Tolles Ferienhaus mit allem was dazu gehört. Das einchecken und die Betreuung durch Luisa war toll. Sie hat auch den ein oder anderen Tip für den Urlaub und ist sehr Hilfsbereit. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder.

Schönes Haus für perfekten Urlaub

Das Haus war sehr gut ausgestattet und sehr sauber. Der Pool war schön warm und der Whirlpool ebenso. Es gab nichts auszusetzen. Besonders hervorzuheben ist die Hausverwaltung, die sich um alle Belange sehr gut gekümmert hat. Es gab sogar einen sektempfang und direkt am zweiten Tag einen Anruf, ob wirklich alles ok ist . Der Pool wurde zweimal gereinigt in einer Woche, alles tipptopp Wir werden nächstes Jahr wieder da sein!!!! Die Gegend lässt sich gut erkunden, ob Zufuss oder mit dem Auto oder mal mit nem Roller, was einen Riesenspass gemacht hat . Der yachthafen ist direkt in der Nähe , es gibt etliche schöne Lokale und Geschäfte . Also shoppen ist garkein Problem Wir bedanken uns hier nochmal bei Frau Krämer für den angenehmen Aufenthalt.

Super Outdoor Bereich

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Der nette Empfang (Obst, Rotwein usw) und die gute Ausstattung (warmer Pool, Jacuzzi) machten den Aufenthalt sehr angenehm. Tina war sehr nett und hilfsbereit.

Haus zum Wohlfühlen

Das Haus hat unsere Erwartungen voll erfüllt und entspricht genau der Beschreibung. Die Küche ist hervorragend ausgestattet. Alles ist gut durchdacht. Auch bei starken Wind sitzt man auf dem Balkon windgeschützt und in der Sonne. Die Terrasse ist überdacht und so auch für Regen geeignet. Da das Wetter während unseres Aufenthalts mäßig war, haben wir dies sehr genossen. Hinzu kommt, dass die Klimaanlage nicht nur kühlt, sondern auch heizt. Der Pool und der Whirlpool werden 2x pro Woche kontrolliert und sind sehr sauber. Zum Hafen kann man zu Fuß gehen oder für unter 5,00 € ein Taxi nehmen. Bei der Ankunft am Flughafen, war der Schalter nicht besetzt. Es reichte ein Anruf bei dem Besitzer und kurz darauf meldet sich Tina, die gute Seele vor Ort. Danke Tina! Es war alles perfekt!

Lovely villa

Very good facilities and no faults. Clean and modern. Great warm pool. About a 20min walk to the marina and all the restaurants there. Quiet and peaceful. Only thing is to note the aircon needs you to have 1-2 euro coins for a separate meter which I don’t think was mentioned so beware for the first night. Good aircon though. Would recommend. Really enjoyed it.

Perfekt für uns, genau was wir suchten

Die Villa ist wirklich genauso wie beschrieben und auf den Fotos. Check-in bereits am Flughafen. Pool wird 2 x pro Woche gereinigt. Tina ist immer für alle Fragen und Unterstützung da. Danke! Die Ausstattung ist überkomplett. Wir haben gerne gekocht und auch gegrillt. Herrlich. Besonders gefallen hat uns die Ruhe und dass wir alleine sein konnten. Mit dem täglichen Frühstückskaffee auf der Schlafzimmerterrasse hat jeder Tag besonders begonnen. Die Marina mit vielen Lokalen ist zu Fuß in 15min zu erreichen. Wer Party sucht, wird in Playa Blanca gut bedient. Die Landschaft spricht für sich selbst. Wir kommen gerne wieder. Danke!

Heerlijke woning fijne vakantie

Traumhaftes, sehr gepflegtes Haus - einfach eine runde Sache

Das Haus hat uns super gut gefallen, es ist in einem sehr gepflegten Zustand. Es war alles wie beschrieben und übertraf sogar unsere Erwartungen, die bei uns schon sehr hoch sind. Tina, die Hausverwalterin hat uns herzlich empfangen. Sie hatte sogar einen Obstkorb, Wasser mit und ohne Sprudel, einen leckeren Rotwein mit Snacks und Kaffee besorgt, sodass alles Notwendige schon vorhanden war. Was will man mehr! Das Haus und insbesondere die Küche sind so toll eingerichtet, daß es uns wirklich an nichts gefehlt hat. Handtücher, Seifenspender, Spülmittel, Küchentücher, Servietten, Spüllappen, Tabs für die Spülmaschine, Waschpulver, Wasserhängematten und noch Vieles mehr. Dadurch braucht man nichts einzukaufen oder gar mitbringen. Der Pool wird 1x wöchentlich gereinigt und auch das Jacuzzi wird auf Reinheit geprüft. Die Klimaanlage läuft schön leise, wird aber durch die frische Brise nachts im September kaum gebraucht. Das Reihenhaus ist nur 30 Minuten vom Flughafen entfernt und die Papagayo-Strände sind auch gut zu Fuß oder mit dem Auto zu erreichen. Top Urlaub mit allem was das Herz begehrt.
