Beachfront Condo w/pool/jacuzzi/grill/bogie boards/beach chairs/umbrella/parking

This top/4th floor condo has amazing views, open concept kitchen, all stainless-steel appliances, filtered water/ice, 3 countertop bar stools, dining table for 6 and family room w/ 3 couches-(1 has queen bed.) All the above have ocean views. All carpet is organic antimicrobial soft wool. Has 1-bedroom w/ organic king bed, 1 den w/ queen bed which can be closed off for privacy, separate workstation w/ 2 chairs, 1 bathroom w/ tub/shower, 1 gated/locked parking spot and shared 1/2 bath in courtyard

This beachfront condo includes boogie boards, beach chairs, beach umbrella and tent for shade, sand-toys, frisbee, paddle ball (which has 4 paddles and a ball), games and board games. Bikes/rollerblades/roller-skates/surfboards can be rented very close by.

In front of this condo are miles of flat sandy beaches with stairs to the beach just steps away. Also, at the bottom of the stairs on the beach is a lifeguard tower. Also facing the beach to the right is are surfboards for rent and instructors.

Because this unit is on the top/4th floor you have unobstructed views of the beach, ocean, and boardwalk. So, you can watch amazing sunsets and keep an eye out, as often dolphins can be seen passing by.

Also, because this unit is on the top floor, guests can watch their family and/or people, playing either on the beach (making sandcastle, gathering shells, playing paddleboard, Frisbee, taking walks on the beach), playing in the ocean (swimming, jumping the waves, Boggie boarding, surfing, etc.) playing on the boardwalk (riding bikes, skating, running, etc.) or playing on the large flat oceanfront grassy lawn and grassy hills (all with real grass,) directly in front of this complex, so no need to cross any street or parking lot.

Throughout the miles of the oceanfront boardwalk, this is the only oceanfront complex and/or home that has a large flat grassy lawn in front of it. So, guests and/or their children don't need to cross a street or a parking lot to get to the boardwalk and/or beach. On this oceanfront grassy lawn, guests can run around, play catch, work out, do yoga, have picnics, etc.

All the above can be seen and enjoyed from the comfort of your own place. Also, this oceanfront condo includes the fresh ocean breeze, portable fans and a ceiling fan to help keep guest cool, and it also has A/C to enjoy for a small added fee.

This beachfront condo is in a very walkable area with many nearby shops, restaurants for breakfast, lunch, dinner, deserts, coffee shops, bars, live music, dancing, kid friendly entertainment, convenience stores, grocery stores, rental shops (to rent surf boards, bikes, roller skates, rollerblades, scooters, etc.) It is easy to never use your car when you stay here.

For guests, there is a newly renovated shared lobby, courtyard and heated pool and Jacuzzi where children are allowed. So, you can play in the ocean, then go relax and warm up in the jacuzzi. Plus, guests can BBQ their meals in the newly purchased gas grill and enjoy outdoor dining with umbrellas that can easily be opened of closed depending on if you want shade or sun. Also, in the newly renovated courtyard, there are lounge chairs to sit and relax with your feet up, or you can lay them back to take a nap on.

Plus, there are miles of the oceanfront boardwalk that connects to miles of the bayfront boardwalk. On both the oceanfront and bayfront boardwalks you can walk, jog, bike, skate, rollerblade, etc., for many miles, which can all be rented close by.

This condo is newly renovated and features a kitchen with all stainless-steel appliances including dishwasher, electric stove/oven, refrigerator with a dispenser on its front door providing filtered cold water and ice.

This unit also has a microwave, toaster oven, blender, coffee pot, coffee, cream, sugar, shampoo, conditioner, soap, is stocked with dishes, glasses, coffee mugs, silverware, pots, pans, food storage containers, cooking utensils, etc. So, you can cook and serve meals or have a cup of coffee enjoying the spectacular views.

This unit also includes beach towels, thick bath towels, thin bath towels, wash clothes, hand towels and linen and blankets for all 3 beds (1-King and 2-queens). There is an onsite shared laundry room with washers and dryers for an extra cost.

There are stairs close by for beach access. But for guests who can't use stairs to the beach, the next beach access to the north (which is to the right if you are facing the ocean,) is just a short walk down the boardwalk and it is mainly a ramp w/ a few stairs at the bottom. But the next beach access, just a few more steps north on the boardwalk, is a full ramp down to the beach.

Also, a short walk on boardwalk going south (which is to the left if you are facing the ocean) on the other side of the pier, at the main lifeguard building (the only building on the sand), the boardwalk becomes flush with the sand. Plus, if needed at this main lifeguard building there is free rental of a beach wheelchair, which allows you to wheel someone onto the beach and ocean to get their feet/legs wet.

Also, short walk down the boardwalk is the Historic Crystal Pier, which can be seen from this condo. There is no entry cost for the pier, where you can walk out above the ocean, fish, see surfers close up or go to the end and watch the waves crashing into the pier. It is open in the day and closes at night.

You can take a short walk to Mission Bay where you can swim, play on the playgrounds and/or rent paddle boards, jet skis (with or without pulling others on innertubes,) boats (paddle or motorized,) etc.

Less than 1 mile from the condo is the free Pacific Beach Recreation Center, with a playground, a large grass field with trees for shade and it has free rentals of sports equipment and free courts to play basketball (indoor and outdoor), tennis, pickle ball, etc., (subject to availability.)

You can also walk, skate or ride a bike down the Boardwalk to the Historic Belmont Park which includes large grassy areas for picnics, the Historic Belmont Plunge Pool with its inflatable obstacle course and there are many rides including a rollercoaster, zip lines, rock climbing, a sky obstacle course, escape rooms and many other rides and games for adults and children.

3.5 miles from this unit is the mission bay golf course. 4 miles from this condo is the famous Sea World which is an amusement park and Marine Animal Park with rides, shows and exhibits where you can see and touch marine animals, including manta rays.

Plus, just 5 miles away from this condo you can often see marine animals for free in their natural environment (including seals, baby seals, sea lions, etc.) at the La Jolla Children's pool, which has a sea wall, extending into the ocean so you can walk out into the ocean, see the waves crashing onto the wall and have great photos with the ocean surrounding you.

This sea wall allows you to have a closer look at the seals who are protected from the crashing waves by this wall so they can rest and protect their young. Just a short walk down the boardwalk are large grass parks many trees for shade which leads to La Jolla cove which often has many sealions.

Also, you can swim, boogie board, surf, etc., at La Jolla shores beach and/or explore the La Jolla caves in the ocean, via kayak, paddle board or walking the cave tunnel.
