Our homes are located Rocky Points exclusive community of Las Conchas. This private home development is removed from crowded hotels/condos, and noisy crowds. We are privately owned and our home is very well maintained and clean.

The main house centers around a magnificent octagonal shaped Great Room, topped with a brick dome 'boveda' ceiling and endless custom Mexican tile. The courtyard separates the main house and the private casita.

There are several outstanding features about our tastefully decorated homes. Both have a fully stocked kitchen, dining area, a spacious great room, TV, VCR, HD Blue Ray DVD Player, Satellite TV, Surround sound, over 3,000 sq ft living space, and a large covered patio that overlooks the ocean. For your convenience there is an outside shower where you can rinse after a day of fun in the sun on the beach. Home includes a/c and central heating.

This home sleeps up to 12 (strictly enforced) comfortably in beds, with 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms in the main house and 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom in the private casita. All bedrooms have plenty of extra bedding, pillows and are decorated with comfortable bedding and accessories. The two beach bedrooms (one master) in the main house have king size beds with an incredible ocean view. The guest bedroom in the main house has a set of bunk beds which work out perfectly for the kids. The private casita has 2 bedrooms, one with a king bed and the other with two full size beds. The private casita has it’s own living room, kitchen and dining room.

The large covered patio is perfect for entertaining, watching the dolphins and whales and of course... watching the most amazing sunsets. It is the perfect house for family gatherings or reunions! Come and create memories that last a lifetime!!
