This is a flat in a newly built single-family building, built with high quality materials, consisting of: 1 kitchen - living room with sofa bed for any 2 people + 2 bedrooms with two beds each + 1 bathroom with sink - shower - wc. - bidet - washing machine - radiator dryer. Free Wi-Fi internet use - free outdoor parking space - ski cellar. The house is located in the village of Pellizzano in Val di Sole; it is 300 metres from the stop of the swkibus-shuttle that takes you to the gondola.
Two rooms with two beds each, possibility of making two double beds or one double bed and two single beds + a sofa bed for two people. The bathroom consists of a washbasin; a bidet; a WC; a shower; a thermo-bath + a washing machine + window to the outside. Marble floor and wall tiles.
The exterior of the house is part garden on the south and north sides, while on the south-east and west sides there is a large terrace with a sun umbrella and two sun loungers.
The Val di Sole, watered by the upper course of the Noce stream, begins at the Mostizzolo bridge, where the Val di Non ends, and stretches from here westwards, winding its way between the northern offshoots of the Brenta and Presanella groups and the southern ones of the Cevedale group, as far as the Tonale Pass, where the Val Camonica begins. At the bottom of the upper part of the valley, in a picturesque esplanade, is Pellizzano, capital of the municipality of the same name, while on the northern side of the valley, in a dominant and sunny position, are the two hamlets of Termenago and Castello, charming little centres, the object of observation for tourists passing along the state road below, with beautiful views over the entire valley and the opposing tourist resorts of Marilleva and Folgarida.A new paved road leads to Lago dei Caprioli in the Fazzon basin, amidst meadows and fir and larch forests. The surroundings of the main town and the two hamlets also lend themselves well to the most varied requirements of tourists: large coniferous forests, attractive wooded or rocky peaks, such as those of Artuìk and Baselga, the Val Gelada Pass, which leads to the various alpine lakes and the Nambino lake on the Madonna di Campiglio side, as well as very comfortable walks through the meadows of the valley bottom towards the neighbouring villages.
A riding school offers the possibility of horse riding amidst splendid scenic routes. Also for winter sports, Pellizzano boasts excellent cross-country skiing tracks and suggestive places for ski mountaineering at high altitude, as well as two special ski jumps, on which a national competition takes place every year. Another modern sport, which attracts many enthusiasts to the area, especially from the Triveneto region, who find ideal conditions here, is paragliding: the large coloured sheets that, starting from the mountain of Ortisè, hovering in the air glide over the surrounding meadows of Pellizzano, are an attractive spectacle. Aeromodelling also has its devotees in the village, who organise interesting events every year. For art lovers, moreover, the parish church, the renowned sanctuary of the Madonna delle Grazie, dating back to the 15th century, is an interesting attraction both for its architectural style and for the numerous frescoes in the prothyrum and those in the interior, which have recently come to light, the work of Lombard artists of the 15th and 16th centuries.
