Disappointing stay

We rented this place because of the “newness and modern” pictures. We arrived at a very old building in Marbella. The facilities were very outdated. There are 3 pools. One 12in for babies, one kids pool with basketball, and one 6.5 feet deep pool with a small border ledge to hold on to. The place was PACKED! People secured their chairs at 7am and there is a charge for the chairs. The elevators fell about 5 inches every time it stopped on a floor. Our hallway at night was pitch black with motion lights that flickered when you walked directly under them. Scary. The unit, although remodeled, was tired and dirty. The sofa was stained everywhere, the baseboards had mounds of dust, the second bedroom is a closet with bunkbeds. There is a washing machine in the bathroom (no dryer). The master had 2 twin empty duvet covers for bedding. No sheets, no comforter. The air conditioning was above the bed and leaked onto the bed. I would not rent here again.
