Pool Not Heated!

The house was very nice, but be warned. Contrary to the ad, the pool is NOT heated. We rented the house to use the pool but couldn’t because it was freezing. The property manager refused to heat it or provide any kind of refund. Total scam.

To clarify, the pool is indeed heated, but it requires a notification of at least three days prior to your check-in date to ensure it is warmed up for your arrival. We understand how disappointing it must have been not to enjoy the pool as you had hoped. We value your feedback and hope to provide a better experience in the future.
