Nice place

it worked out well for a few nights to spend with family that live in Palm Desert. Couldn't play Pickleball, apparently a person must be a member but that's ok, we were pretty busy for the most part. Nice to have a kitchen and places to sit and read.

We waited at the home 30 min for help with home entrance code. We were not listed at the security gate for entrance to the community. The home was extremely clean and well supplied with everything we needed from the kitchen to the bathroom. The View is amazing and we Loved the home. More information about the community would have been appreciated, location of pools etc. We would rent again if the double bed was changed to a queen bed in the 2nd bedroom.

Thank you for your feedback! We’re glad to hear you loved the home, the amazing view, and that it was clean and well supplied for your stay. We’re very sorry for the delay and inconvenience you experienced at check-in, especially having to wait for assistance with the entrance code and not being pre-listed at the security gate. We understand how frustrating that can be right upon arrival, and we’ll share this with our team to help improve coordination with community access in the future. We also appreciate your suggestion about providing more detailed information about the community, such as pool locations. That’s a great point and would certainly help future guests settle in more easily. Lastly, thank you for your feedback regarding the bed configuration in the second bedroom. We’ll pass that along for consideration as well. We truly appreciate your honest review and are happy to hear you would consider staying again! Best regards, Casago Team

Some dishes was not clean, light on the dining area didn’t work. Over all place was too old. Too many combinations number for front door to open. Hard for older people.

Golf destination

Very clean. The garage door remote was inoperable. Faucet in secondary bath leaks. Memory foam mattress in primary bedroom was VERY soft. If you have back issues choose a different location. We could not sleep on that bed, too bad because we loved the golf course.
