Check-out instructions

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Beach Gear: Please ensure all chairs and umbrellas are rinsed of sand and returned to their storage spot in the unit.
AC & Lights: Please turn off all lights and fans, and set the thermostat to 78°F.
Final Walkthrough: Don’t forget to check under the beds and in the outlets for any phone chargers or favorite flip-flops!
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
You must check in and register with the HOA office, where you will obtain a parking permit. The HOA registration fee is $100 collected at front office
A rental agreement will be sent upon request and must be signed and returned to complete the booking. No feeding wildlife on the property and balcony.
If the rental agreement is not signed and returned within 3 days of the VRBO request, the Host reserves the right to cancel. Smoking cleaning fee $650
