The historic building, built originally in 1899 for The Big Daylight Candy Factory, is now home to a select few penthouse condos, office spaces beneath, North Peak Brewery on the main floor, and Kilkenny's Irish Pub in the basement. This location could not be better! Our 2 bedroom / 1 bathroom condo flaunts its historic character amongst luxurious and inviting warmth. Let this be your home away from home!

Our unit will comfortably sleep 6 adults. Our master bedroom offers a king bed and plenty of closet space, with great views of West Grand Traverse Bay! Across the hall is the full bathroom & laundry. After passing through the bright and open living room (that features a queen pull out & a twin convertible) you enter the second bedroom featuring a queen bed.

GUEST ACCESS
Guests have access to the entire condo unit.

THE NEIGHBORHOOD
One block north brings you to beautiful West End Beach, volleyball courts, and the TART Trail connecting Suttons Bay to Elk Rapids.

One block east or south places you in the center of downtown with incredible dining, bars, shopping, and art studios. Black Market Coffee, Folgarelli’s, Burritt’s Market, and the Traverse City Pie Company are just steps from your door.

The apartment was well appointed, clean, and comfortable. Communication with the host was good. However, the apartment is directly above a popular bar. The late night noise can be disruptive to light sleepers.

The Top of the Peak was just as described! It's a beautiful space that is comfortable, well decorated and full of thoughtful amenities. The location couldn't be better. It was far enough away from the downtown to be quiet yet close enough to walk to shops and restaurants. You couldn't hear any noise from the brewery or Kilkenny's below, in fact, it has a nice bonus to visit both places inside the same building. Check-in and check-out were smooth and the hosts were very responsive with any questions we had. Parking is free and very convenient, just steps from the door leading to the elevator. We loved the huge windows and the electric shades were awesome! The bed was comfortable and we had everything we could have possibly wanted. We didn't have any children with us, but there were plenty of items in the penthouse that would have made traveling with children a breeze. Their attention to details were spot on. The only problem we had was not wanting to leave because it was such a great experience! We can't wait to go back!!!
