Brand New Property in the heart of Downtown Traverse City. This amazing condo is situated perfectly for an amazing vacation in Traverse City!

**Cleaned according to CDC guidelines and protocols so the condo will be extremely safe and sanitized****
- Parking is first come first serve behind the condo. If those spots are full The Old Town Parking Garage is located right next door which has free parking as well from 6pm-8am.

***Our Vacation Rental is zoned in accordance with Downtown Traverse City Laws to allow vacation rentals***
- 1Bedroom with a King Bed. 1 Full Bathroom, Full Kitchen, Sleeps 4 (pull out couch)
- 58” Smart TV with Spectrum TV, Disney +, and You Tube TV.
- Approximately a 1/2 mile to the beaches
- Across the street from the Old Town Play House. 2nd floor condo and not handicap accessible.
- A short walk to everything Downtown TC has to offer.

This property is great for a single person, a couple or a couple and family. Please plan on being respectful to our neighbors/friends in the neighboring units as some units are permanent residences.

In general everything was comfortable with out stay. A few things I would consider if staying here.- The sofa bed is not something that I as an adult would enjoy sleeping on, especially with another person, We had a young kid sleep there and the sides would collapse under her 40lbs and it was not comfortable or stable for me as an adult to lay with her. - There is no where great to hide a pack 'n play if you are looking for a dark space. The closet is too small but it can fit in the bathroom, you just lose access to the bathroom.- Parking behind the condo is free as started but we had a hard time getting a spot on a summer weekend. It says on the sign that you need a parking pass to park there but the host said there was no pass. This made me a little nervous but we had no issues.The host was quick with responses and it was a great location.

It has 2 places to lock it in place so please always call so we can help. - The parking lot for the Capri Condos next door implemented a parking pass effective August 2026. This condo does not have them (different association) The other lot has a different sign. Thanks Again and always reach out with any questions!

My husband and I agreed this is one of the most comfortable condos we have ever booked. The king size mattress was to my liking, not a memory foam which I don’t care for. The bedroom was large and so was the bathroom. The living area/kitchen was roomy with a good layout. Everything was spotless. It is bright and sunny with lots of windows. The custom shades were easy to slide up or down and provided great room darkening when needed. The building and neighborhood was very quiet. Even though it is on a fairly busy street we did not notice traffic sounds. A couple of our favorite places to eat were Rare Bird and Toby’s Dog House, both walking distance from. We highly recommend staying here.

Capri, the place to be!

You really cannot beat the location which is about 5 minutes walking to downtown. We had a great trip in this particular unit! Everything was clean, well appointed and the hosts were very responsive!
