The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:

Load and start the dishwasher

Strip any used beds and gather used towels

Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish

Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys

Please strip the bed linens that were used and place them at the foot of the bed.

Place all used towels in the bathrooms on the floor.

Lock all doors and windows before leaving and make sure to return the Garage door fob, otherwise a $100 replacement fee will be charged.

Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Place all Trash in the provided trash bin in the garage and place on the street for pickup every Monday.
