A modern apartment located in the quiet village of Tscherms (Cermes) near Meran (Merano) in South Tyrol, the Holiday Apartment Matthäus consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, two bedrooms as well as one bathroom and can therefore accommodate 4 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi and a satellite television. A cot and a highchair are both available upon request. Outside, there is a private garden with a small furnished terrace, perfect for enjoying views of the Alps. In the summer, the location is ideal for hiking and mountain biking. The nearest supermarket is just a few minutes drive away (1.5km). The nearest bakery is in the centre of Tscherms, which is less than 10 minutes walk away (800m). The nearest ski lift is Meran 2000, which is 15 minutes away by car (11km). The nearest airport is in Innsbruck, which is 2 hours drive away (150km).

A washing machine is available in the common area. The apartment offers good tap water (Grander water). The property is located on a Bio farm.

Entspannung in ruhiger Lage

Pros: Man kann alles nutzen was auf dem Gelände ist. Waschmaschine, den Wasserschlauch, Putzmittel,… Das Ladele mit selbst gemachten Wein, Saft und gadgets waren so toll. Gastgeber unfassbar freundlich. Toller Urlaub um aus dem turbulenten stressigen Alltag abzuschalten. Cons: An heißen Tagen fehlt etwas für die Abkühlung.

Cons: Die Schlafräume und das Bad sind sehr schön,der Küchen und Wohnbereich lädt allerdings nicht zum Verweilen ein. Die Ausstattung lässt hier noch Luft nach oben.

Pros: Sehr freundliche Vermieter, schöne Wohnung mit zwei Schlafzimmern, moderne Anlage, Terrasse/Gärtchen mit tollem Ausblick, fußläufig zur Bushaltestelle Cons: Kleineres Schlafzimmer hat nur ein Fenster zum Lichthof - das ist überhaupt kein Problem, aber gut zu wissen

Sehr ruhig und wunderschön gelegen,

Pros: Große saubere Wohnung mit großem Bad, in ruhiger Lage, und Schöner Terrasse. Sehr nette Vermieter. Cons: Sofa ist zum Sitzen etwas unbequem, leider hält man sich im Herbst doch mehr im Innenbereich auf.

Sehr schöne Unterkunft und nette Vermieter

Pros: Der Garten/Terassenbereich mit den Liegestühlen war sehr schön gestaltet. Und als Willkommensgeschenk haben wir selbstgepressten Apfelsaft bekommen. Der war sehr lecker. Äpfel gab es auch immer umsonst. Der aktiv Bereich mit Tischtennis, Kicker, Badminton uvm. war auch klasse. Cons: Das eine der beiden Schlafzimmer war sehr klein und konnte nur mäßig belüftet werden. Schränke mit Schiebetüren wären auch besser gewesen, weil die Türen alles blockieren wenn man sie öffnet, aber das war alles auszuhalten.

Wohnung ist sehr gut gelegen, mit toller Aussicht und toller Terrasse. Modern eingerichtet und geräumig. Kostenloser eigener Parkplatz direkt an der Wohnung.

Unterkunft in besonders schöner und ruhiger Umgebung

Gemütliches Appartment mit tollem Ausblick auf die Berge. Für einen angenehmen Urlaub hat es an nichts gefehlt. Kurze Wege zum Einkaufen, Spaziergänge, Wanderziele und Bergbahn leicht erreichbar. Gastfreundliche und hilfsbereite Vermieter. Einzig offener Wunsch wäre ein besserer Sichtschutz zwischen denTerrassen der beiden Appartments.
